Finally a doctor talking about the benefits of plants, not only retinol and hyaluronic acid (I'm really fed up with those).
I use moisturizer with calendula from a Korean brand as I could hardly find skincare with calendula made in Europe. People forget the power of the plants like calendula and the skincare products are all made with the hyped ingredients.
I use the Aromatica - Comforting Calendula Decoction Intensive Cream.

Hi, thanks for your time explaining all about skin and the product's review.
Some products are good, some are lousy and some are just a so - so ...
But no doubt, everyone's skin are different. One may find is damp good another may find it's a junk.
I have a few ideas here perhaps you might wanna look in about.
First is, about EGF & FGF.
It can be a serum or essence.
I find they are pretty interesting and works wonders if combined and use together.
Second, what do you think of pure Chinese herbs medicines mask ?
Example the 'used to be' popular Seven White Mask powder pack ?
    It has :
    1)Angelica Dahurica Powder
    2)Atractylodes Powder
    3)Bletilla Powder
    4)White Poria Powder
    5)White Silkworm Powder
    6)Pearl Powder
    7)Radix Ampelopsis Powder
    8)White Peony Powder
But for me, I'd add another few ingredients
    8)Angelica / Dang Gui Powder
    9)Salvia Powder
    10)Panax Notoginseng Powder
    11)Licorice Powder
    12)Asarum Powder
    13)White Morning Glory Powder
    14)Nepeta Powder
    15)White Lentils Powder
    16)Panax Ginseng Root Powder
I find each time after used this pure D.I.Y mask pack with each types of herbs powder, after washed off, skin is extremely excellent condition. So excellent until it looked so clean on pores, no more dull skin, skin tone are instantly brightens up with that radiant glow, some old age spots even faded and fine lines are diminished.
I actually was inspired by Kosé.
After using Kosé on day skin care, (coz night I'm using Retinol), I started to see it works great for my skin. Then I started to looked up what's their ingredients, coz Kosé too was made with herbals of Japanese's.
After understood, at almost the same time, the popular Seven White mask was widely introduced. So, I decided to give that a try. But I didn't buy all herbs are packed in 1 tub types, coz I will never know how much of each ingredients they'd packed in or how pure are the herb's ingredients.
I bought each herbs in their actual and asked the medicine shop seller to grind blend for me into powder form.
So, I'm pretty sure what I got was 100% pure with no other 'unnecessary stuffs' are mixed in.
For everything of each types pure herbs, total I'd paid to almost near to a K's pricing. Coz the grammage, the grades.
So what do you think of this so called "miracle ancient beauty recipe" ? Care to elaborate a little with your expertise opinions about ? I'll be pleased.
Beside Chinese's Seven White mask powder pack, I too was inspired by I'm From Mugwort mask.
    But I didn't bought it.
Instead I went ahead and bought the raw and pure ingredients.
    1)Mugwort Powder (Food Grade)
    Mixing it with :
2)Raw Matcha / Green Tea powder (Food Grade)
    3)Kaolin Clay
And I create my own pure Mugwort Matcha D.I.Y mask pack instead of buying I'm From's Mugwort mask pack.
Third is an Ayurveda mask pack therapy. Also the same, I'd bought pure powder ingredients and D.I.Y it myself.
    1)Ashwangandha Powder
    2)Amla Powder
    3)Bentonite Clay
Last is, I too had used a brand called LifeFlo's Magnesium Mask.
The effects of Magnesium on skin is so good. But sadly, they had discontinued this mask.
So from my previous bottle's label, I managed to find what are the main ingredients to create this so good mask, and I bought the same, all in powder foam.
    1)Magnesium Hydroxide
And I use it with :
    2)Zinc Oxide (reducing oily skin)
    3)Xanthan Gum (Food Grade)

@@alexandriaelony6858 Hi💖I’m from India in India cerave is not launched yet there’s no availability of cerave here so please suggest some alternatives.I tried bioderma atoderm baume as alternative to cerave but it broke me out everytime i applied

    • @alexandriaelony6858
      @alexandriaelony6858 2 года назад

@@molinas6191 hi, oh my ... That's a little hard ... Okay first of all, avoid all your skin care products with:
      1)Contains Alcohol
      2)Contains fragrance / perfume
Look carefully at your product's back label.
I think for temporary you probably should go to a pharmacy, ask for a bottle of calamine lotion.
It should be contains with half bottle of liquid and half bottle of powder type, just before use, shake the bottle to blend the liquid and calamine powder well, then use a few clean cotton puff (facial cotton pad), dip the cotton puffs with calamine lotion and applies on the itchy and allergic area. I think calamine should able to help.
Another alternative is, use raw aloe vera, wash clean, cut off the leaf's skin and use the "flesh" to rub on the affected area. If not, just go to a pharmacy get a tub or tube of 100% pure aloe vera gel. It should be able to help.
If not, when you're at the pharmacy, ask the pharmacist do they have this itch cream called "Cortizone 10" cream. If have, it's even better, use that, is mend for itchy sensitive skin relieves.
And also gets a tube of Neutrogena Ultra Sheer sunscreen, look for something higher in SPF like perhaps SPF 50 or to 100. Coz your skin now really needs to be shield from harmful uv rays.
Stop all your scrubs, facial masks. Do not use any of these temporary. If you should need to exfoliate the dried peeled off skin, use oil, perhaps coconut oil, olive oil, rub a small amount on that dried and peeling skin area, massage the oil on that area, and then use a clean facial tissue or cotton pads / puffs (facial cotton), rub away the oil from that area. It's another way, or more gentle way of exfoliating.
      Try Ayurveda therapies.
Use a gentle cleanser like Biotique Tea Tree Facial Cleanser & the Tea Tree toner, or Biotique Honey Gel Cleanser & Biotique Bio Honey Water toner (I think Honey should be more soothing your dry itchy, sensitive and allegic skin)
You may also use the Boutique Morning Nectar Skin Moisturizer and the skin lotion.
The Bio Berberry toner also may be can consider, also the Bio Coconut face cream, coz coconut is proven effective for easing dry skin. If you need to use mask, then use the Biotique's Bio Clove wash off mask pack.
The rest of Biotique's range I'd saw are not quite recommended, especially the fruity ones it may contains citric acid, and it's not gonna make your skin better, it will irritates your skin. The rose toner I'm sure it contains perfume / fragrance. Another ingredient you should avoid now.
The reason I chose Biotique over Himalaya is, I find Himalaya skin care the most popular one's is the Neem range. I find it also isn't good for your skin's issues now.
You may use Neem as well, but, do not buy ready made Neem products.
      Go Ayurveda therapy.
Buy or get raw Neem leafs and with tumeric or aloe vera, use a mortar and the pestle to punch or grind till all are into fine pieces, use that to apply on the affected areas. It should be healing.
And the mortar & pestle, make sure is clean, don't use it if it had been used on punching raw meats, to avoid bacterias.
And another fact, don't use your hands and fingers to scratch or touch the itchy sensitive areas, use clean tissue paper. To avoid bacteria infections.
I'm guessing perhaps your skin must had used something that irritates the natural pH level, that leads to itchiness and allergic. Or either you may had exposed to sun too long without a sunscreen, or either you may had that habit touching your face with your hand and fingers. It could be eczema. But if you don't start to treat soon, it will be worsen.
Above's are just recommendations. But best I would suggest you go to a pharmacist to ask them clear for more accurate information(s) or if condition worsen, please do not wait, go to a dermatologist (skin's specialist / doctor).
It's your skin, it's your face, you should know what's best to do. As a far away friend, I can only tells you these little information. But again, like I'd said, I'm not a dermatologist. So, you gotta decides.

@@molinas6191 oh yeah, another fact, forget about Korean brands and all the stuffs temporary.
Coz these so called skin care products, they certainty contains parfum / perfume / fragrance, alcohol / ethenol ...etc.
Temporary you should go for all pure natural ingredients. That's why I'm suggesting you Ayurveda therapy with raw ingredients. Coz everything is raw and pure that you D.I.Y yourself. Also you should avoid drying ingredients like clays, skin's pH irritants like citrid acid.
Try to make your skin care items as simple as possible for now temporary until your skin is heal. If can, avoid using makeup too. Afterall, now is Covid times, everyone is wearing a mask, so, with or without make up it doesn't really matters. No one's gonna see your skin afterall, when we wears a mask. Especially avoid liquid foundations, face powders ... etc. They clogged your pores and yet with your current skin's condition or issues now, if you wears a foundation, cleansing is another issues again. You gotta use makeup removers, again, these makeup removers may also contains harmful ingredients. So, summarize up, what I'm trying to say here is, temporary goes simple and nude for your skin. Only apply the sunscreen till it all heals.

      @@molinas6191 Hi ... Oh ... My ... Goodness girl ! ...
Okay ... First of all, the big words "Please Stop Using All Now, Everything, Just Stop ... Don't Even Need To Go Through One By One To Test And Tried Which Is The Culprit ... Just Stop." If you wants your skin back.
I'm gonna be straight forward with you, but no hard feelings okay ?
You know what's your biggest mistake ?
1)You buy all sorts of brands
2)You're mixing everything types of products
3)You just heard what was good from others and you believe it and gone buying it all
4)Your skin cannot tolerates any more.
5)Your skin had long gave you the warning signal, which you mentioned after used some, your skin turn red but after awhile, it goes back to normal. And you assumed it was alright just because it didn't have breakout like pimples ... But you ignored your skin's warning, It Can't Takes It Anymore.
      🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
Honestly, I'm shocked when you said this ... And reading all the Korean brands you'd bought and the types of products and the way you used it and mixed it around.
You may dislike me if I say, honestly, You Are Ruining Your Skin.
      No, it's true, really.
I know, all these brands seems like trending now or just back a couple of years ago.
But, you really shouldn't mixed and used everything ... This is the biggest mistake my dear friend. You shouldn't follow trends ... You should have follow your skin's need, what does your skin is comfortable and absorb best for ... Not the way you just said all the brands and types ... OMG ...
Please stop, if you still wants to salvage your skin. Honestly. Before it's too late into total ruin.
