It's been awhile since I've done a ranting video and I am tired of all the remakes of cult classic movies that end up to be Dumpster fires 🔥. Now I'm not saying all remakes are bad but let's face it the majority of them are just unwatchable. I hope you enjoy the video and my little rant. Centurions. Doc Terror and his Terror Bots along with Hacker....When you were mentioning Martyrs and Old boy, for some reason I thought you were gonna mention Let the Right One in remake. Recently watched Let Me In again and hated it. I agree you can touch Old Boy, Martyrs and The Crow. I was also surprised and happy when you mentioned Oliver and Company as your favorite Disney Classic video because it is mine too. Nice video.
Yeah Oliver and company is my favorite if Disney touches it it's time to hunt down CEO'S 😂.. there are just too many remakes to mention I did the first ones that came to mind. While till Wednesday when people see my top 5 remarks better than the original 😂..
Hollywood is on its last feet
Not sure if you heard but recently there’s been a trend of todays youth embracing retro games and movies. When asked why, many simply said “because todays’ entertainment is uncreative and just bad, so going back to old but good stuff is pretty justified!”
And I have to agree XD
Unfortunately making live actions of cartoons tend to be not good so to say.

Regarding the cartoons
I was thinking of gargoyles. I think it could be a really great premise for a live action, plenty of source material and has very strong cult following (myself loved that show, the intro being one of the best)
There were plenty of villains in the show but the main antagonist of the whole show was the rich dude that found the gargoyles and revived them so they could help him with his plans. (He’s essentially like a Lex Luthor) He even build mechanical robot gargoyles to fight the heroes.

Doc Terror from the centurions with power extreme which is a cartoon I need to check out since I haven’t heard of this one but loved this video completely agree about pet Semetry and Disney

Also they are wrecking all the good oldies by remaking them. I wish that they would just call them something else. That’s like road house. It should of been called something else not road house.

Old boy i have to disagree with. I have friends that got Into modern asian action movies because of that movie. Many western people will only give good asian movies a chance if its remade with american actors like they did with the ring and the grudge. But yes the originalnoldboy is better
You are correct. A lot of people won't watch Asian films unless they see the American version first. It's just like you said the ring and The grudge both of the foreign versions are better than the American versions. In my opinion... Great point though I like your style of thinking
