They sometimes help people go away and escape the hate, loathe and ignorance present in this world. I got some recommendations for you: Dawud Wharnsby, Zain Bhikha are the guys who are singing here, then you got Sami Yusuf, Khalil Ismail, Harris J (He's pretty young, check him out.) Muslim Belal etc. Just reply if you need anymore artists. Peade and love! :D

as for the video, I agree that Muhammad's marriage to Aisha should be considered within its historical context. however, it's slightly troubling that the uploader said that Aisha wasn't a child when she was married to Muhammad. perhaps she may have been considered of age back then, but 6-9 year olds are objectively unable to understand the implications of marriage and sex, regardless of whether or not they've entered puberty, and anyone who takes advantage of their undeveloped brains and extremely limited life experience is a child abuser.
so in summary, unless Aisha was specifically chosen by God to mature supernaturally quickly, her marriage to Muhammad should be considered abusive and unacceptable in modern times. this is by no means meant to be a slight against Muslims or Muhammad himself, but I think it's important to not let our religious devotion cloud our own moral compasses, and to never make any excuses for child abuse.

It is, mufti menk and other scholars have given brief talks on the subject. What Waj Ali is basically saying is "lead us to the right path if you will/if you want". Whilst making a dua you must plead for Allah to guide us but it is actually an insult because it is as if you do not mind Allah SWT not guiding you

I'm a Dutch man, I ain't really religious, leave alone a Muslim. I do prey though. Not only to God, but I often also ask Allah for strength. I lost my cat this year. I haven;t cried so much in a while. I feel sad about this, and I miss my dearmfriend a lot. Even now, my eyes are getting wet. I love my cat, I miss my dearest cat friend. Allah knows. Thanks for this beautiful song. I love it. Islam has some very beautiful songs. I listen to more Islamic music. I love it. It gives me strength. Also, I do have some Muslim friends online. They don't wanna talk about it, because it gives people wrong ideas and people don't understand it very often. I don't think Islam is bad, I feel that I get attracted to it. I think it's interesting at least. One day I wish to visit a Mosque, but I'm a little bit affraid that I won't fit in. Maybe I get enought strength one day to visit.
That's great brother. I would advise you to study Islam further. Don't feel afraid to go to a mosque. People and Imams (leaders) are very welcoming. They will be more than happy to see you.
