What do the 14 rainbow wins mean at the bottom left?

The number on the bottom left is Walk Speed (WS) it visually shows me how fast I'm moving, so if I get hit with a killer goop puddle, the number lowers, it works for both teams and just visually shows you the amount of speed you have
