U gotta get one of corallys race kits to make it more fair the Kronos is a basher built to take a pounding its just has racing roots and change the pinion and rear suspension
Great runs, adjustments I would of tried is making the xtr a bit sifter rear, or stand up the front shocks a bit. Also agree in that the skid dies remove 5mm travel and can cause a kick up. And again, respect for the one handed and filming driving All the best Per Team corally bashers
I have the Tekno MT48, built it with the ET48.3 chassis and rear brace, stuffed at truggy body and wing on it and went racing in a 30 min “A” main against a field of nitro truggy’s Didn’t change and shock or diff oils from the box stock MT setup, and managed 2nd position 0.9 seconds behind the leader, it was an epic battle 😃 The video is way back on my channel if you care to watch it, big fan of Tekno stuff 👍 Nice comparison Joe
A nice show for the Corally but it's Tekno for me evwrytime, from 0 to now owning 4 Tekno vehicles, The original ET48 , MT 410 ,NB 48 and my all time favorite race basher the MT ET or MT 48, this truck took the most wins where I bashed raced wirh a group of guys over 2 years, also own the new ET 48 2.0 only for the track ,lol I owned 11 arrma vehicles and now down to 5 after buying the MT410, as I do not send stuff to moon prefering more of a race type environment I've gone back to buying quality race kits instead, you always create good content.
Have you tried a head mount for your camera? Or one of the 360 cameras that will follow the truck around the track if you have it set up in the middle? It would be awesome to see you drive things with both hands.
Kind of her through the grapevine that you might be a vitavon dealer or know how to get the parts easier. Would appreciate any information on how to get some other than eBay
Just got into racing recently.. loving it but not great.. seeing how good you are 1 handed.. omg.. man i really do suck... started with a kraton then got a second hand buggy for racing but it's time to build from scratch and if i get the et, I can enter 2 classes at races, rather than just replacing my buggy... then later i can do that with interchangable parts on the tekno's :)
Skeeter videos I've seen are same way. Rear wants to bounce up on those Corally trycks. I'm thinking it's their rear shock set up. I think they are rebounding too fast. Not sure if it's a fluid spring or shock angle issue, but I'd love to see someone figure it out.
You should do what I did with my fkysky gt5 and hot glue a camera mount to it...I use my cellphone so I hot glued a selfie stick phone holder to it, it works great I angled it a lil so when I hold it, its in the direction I want it...check out some my videos it does really well
Look like to me the Kronos had the smoother run, with turns and jumping, swelling like the tech had issues with cornering???? Just me watching from a novice stand point. Kronos had smoother powering 🔋, the techno seem it was struggling with its power or over powering.
10000000%disagree wow 👏 Kronos other than you not gearing same as the other and not throttling your back jumps the smoother truck it corally and weight helps in cornering techno is too light In a racers point of view other than that good job one handed 👏

Slow the rebound in the rear shocks on the Corally. That should solve the nose diving.
U should have looked at the fms stand joe. Fms/rock hobby is making awesome scale vehicles!

U need to get u a “my laps system” put n the track.. but u might can do it with the gnss.. I never could figure out how to set it up for the track…
Only a $10,000.00 system. Used to be more when AMB had the rights.

Why call them both "race" cars? The XTR is a basher, it's always been marketed as one by the company that makes it.
