ഈ പദ്ധതി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയാൽ. പിണറായിയെ കണ്ണൂരിലേക്കയക്കും. എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് കലാപ കുത്സിതമായ സമരത്തിന് നേതൃത്ത്വം നൽകിയ പാതിരിമാർക്കൊപ്പം നിന്ന് ഈ പദ്ധതിയെ തകർക്കാൻ കൂട്ട് നിന്ന പതിപക്ഷ നേതാവുള്ള കേരളത്തിലാണ് പിണറായി സർക്കാർ . ഈ പദ്ധതി യാഥാത്ഥ്യമാക്കിയത്. ഈ പദ്ധതിക്ക് വേണ്ടിപിണറായി സർക്കാർ 6000 കോടിയാണ് ചില വഴിച്ചത്. കേന്ദ്രം ചില വഴിച്ചത്. വെറും. 800 കോടി.
