I basically see rip-offs of American and Japanese robot designs here -- from 5 to 10 years ago.
It is 100% all they are since they cannot build a single thing without IP theft and espionage.

Nah they badly copied versions from Boston dynamics. I'm yet to seen anything original from Chinese or Indians. Tech or arts. They all just copies from advanced economies.
