You were executed with precision man. Very well done. I’ve been looking for a chords for this song and can’t find them in drop D. Are you using the F chord?
dj3ears absolutely. so do you know how to dropped-D tune your guitar? I'm playing in dropped D and the chords are just D to G a few times..... if my fingers are on the 3rd fret on the big string that is an F...... 5th fret on the big string is where G is played from (for that particular tuning) gimme a holler if you need more instructions 👌👍
JD Aguilera hey man. Killed it. I was back and forth in the beginning but by the end you sold the hell out of it. Haha. Anyway, what is that chord that your using to slide is that some kind of g? Also. Does it just repeat the same thing throughout the entire song? Your the only one who plays it with the right strumming pattern and you kill it. As a huge steel drivers fan you got some random guy from Pennsylvania’s approval haha. Keep rockin that thing man
so I'm Playing tuned to Dropped D. if u already know how to do that then disregard my explanation. take your big "E" string and simply tune it down until it sounds like your "D" String. as for the little "lick", it's pretty simple and there are a lot of songs that use a similar variation of it. it's just strumming on the 3rd fret of any of the top 3 strings and strumming or picking in the open position and either hammering pulling off or bending the string. hope that helps, if you have anymore questions or want a better explanation, just fire away. 👍👌

Tabs?
Do you have a Facebook or Instagram that we can follow?
strumming pattern?
Pretty good but wrong tuning
There's no such thing as "wrong tuning" when your playing the notes correctly
You could say different than the original but not wrong
