People generally like mouthpieces like Schilke 51D, Steven Mead 4, Denis Wick 4AL, etc. Normal sizes for euphonium range from 25.4-26.4mm inner diameter.
Are American feet different to English feet? I always knew a Euphonium to be around 9 feet, not 9 1/2 feet. Same as a British-style Baritone and the Trombone.
Greg Black custom mouthpiece I think. This was also from 2017, so he may have stopped using it by now or even by then. I just know at one point he had a custom mouthpiece from Greg Black. Contact them and see if they can give you the specs on it if you want them.
The song is "Wenn mein Schatz Hochzeit macht" from Mahler's "
Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen".
Very Nice!
great video bob
What piece are you playing in the beginning of the video?
Thanks!
Merci
I haven't used a large shank mouthpiece before but I would like to know which size mouthpiece would be best for euphonium/baritone horn

They are both the same because American measurements are based on GB's foot
American euphonia are in b-flat not e-flat like British ones, so maybe that’s the other 1/2 foot.
@@stevedickson4744 Oh dude... No such thing as an E flat euphonium, they're ONLY available in B flat
