The shit hole in the cylinder is from factory - G&G started putting M120's in these when they switched to using the 16AWG teflon wiring and the neo-magnet motors (the blue and silver ones) because they were overcycling/doublefiring with 11.1v batteries with M100s. They also tried putting airflow restrictors in the cylinderhead nozzles but those caused the pneumatic bullshit to break which then killed compression, which then killed the gearbox casing. Oh G&G, you mad bastards.
It is possible to change the cylinder for one without a hole to deactivate the blowback for more fps since I replaced the spring with a m110 and from 320 fps it was 350 fps. here in my country 400 fps replicas are dealt with by the wind
Just put a piece of insulation tape around the cylinder. I it does 1.15 j with .30 on stock internals and it's very consistent. This gun with just a ML bucking and barrel is amazingly accurate
@@Evan-eh9dd thay domt feel or proform cheap there good barrels and i juat rebuilt my toptech 416 it was over greesed from the factory and 2 bearings cracked and were grinded down replaced them cleaned lightly greese and shes shooting brand new again :)
i have the light version tr4 and it’s not too shabby , range isn’t great on it and it feels a little slow. using an 11.1 i found that it over fires on semi auto , shame really because on 7.4 it’s a little sluggish

You can mod the shell to take standard cylinders, did it with a jg/acm shell

Pretty Impressive how consistent the muzzle velocity was if you kept the blowback feature. Are the barrels still aluminum in these ones?
There plated i think and have some nice weight
