- The Cybercrime reporting portal is an initiative of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India under National Mission for the safety of women to facilitate victims/complainants to report cybercrime complaints online.
This portal is an initiative of Government of India to facilitate victims/complainants to report cyber crime complaints online. This portal caters to complaints pertaining to cyber crimes only with special focus on cyber crimes against women and children. Complaints reported on this portal are dealt by law enforcement agencies/ police based on the information available in the complaints. It is imperative to provide correct and accurate details while filing complaint for prompt action.
Please contact local police in case of an emergency or for reporting crimes other than cyber crimes. National police helpline number is 100. National women helpline number is 181.

Sir the site never work, i faced a financial fraud, raised a complaint , but site never worked , loading into each section takes more then an hour, the website is poorly design. It feels bad that the department is of cyber security and there site itself is soo poor. I tried calling the number as well but there is no support from anyone. I lost all the hopes from the system😢

The video is helpful but the reporting page is lengthy. When submitting the form after 2nd page entering victim details the page refreshes and goes to home page loosing all data. The steps to file a complaint is lengthy due to this. If all the sections can enabled in a single page instead of 3-4 pages it will be much more user-friendly and will help report the complaint without errors. Tried to report my complaint 5 times but faced the same error unfortunately.

And there i found this man selling a car at very cheap price,

And later he will delivering the car,
So how to file case of such incidence, means how catch them for not doing such scam further with anyone

I have reported my issue , it keep getting transferred and finally provided one number...I have tried calling atleast 1000 times that number almost covering full 24hrs of day but nobody picked up and unfortunately after couple of days case auto closed. There is no way to follow up as well. Then what is the benefits of providing portal to report complain when basically no one tried to resolve it.

We faced credit card online fraud raised a complaint to cyber crime department and police ignore to file FIR said that your money is 1lakh below we cant file FIR, cyber department declared its our fault... We only should pay all the fraudulent amount to bank... What can we do in this case... Who will help to recover our fraudulent amount

We can report online.. But there is no action on that.. Even if you meet the realted officer, no action.. They close the complaint without completing the same and they do not provide the report..
