If you want to draw the hair from root and grow not so often this is the best one. The one that work like razor the hair appear too often like the one that is lipstick. But as the other people said too it use a lot of battery and after 3 months for me the place that I open the battery did not work and I could not use it anymore. If they make it as electric toothbrush it will be prefect or at least use the same way that lipstick one place the battery.
does it really pluck the hair or does it also break the hair so u get a shave effect? i know it says plucking but im wondering if it really does because most products do pluck but also break a lot of hair so it wont take the hair out
Aah! I was literally flinching along with you as you were using it. I am wayyy to mush of a sap to use this on my face. I had threading on my lip area once and couldn't believe how painful it was!!!
They don't have two speeds Left is for tweezing to the left and right to tweeze hair to the right! So I have never gone against the hair growth usually the direction of the hair. Also not meant for under the brows as can get caught in eyelashes also says to watch long hair
It never actually grows thicker. But every hair I pointy at the end, so when you cut it (instead of pulling it) the end of the hair is no longer pointy but I gets flat since you cut it mid shaft. That's why it looks more thick, cuz it's a stuble that grew in that cut flat shape. Always use methods that are pulling and never cutting
Thanks for the video. I hope you don't mind my saying, I think it would be a lot less painful if you didn't have makeup on, and used a very warm cloth on your face first, like you would before plucking your eyebrows. :)
I agree a warm cloth would help, I think as I was testing patches and not doing my full face I wasn't full prepped, also I think was just the shock haha
Ah, I see. That makes sense. I did try it (after a test) and left it on for 8 minutes. It felt like I had a slight sunburn afterwards, so I put moisturizer on 4 or 5 times a day for couple of days. There were some fuzz hairs that it didn't seem to get, but in a few days they were also gone. My makeup seems to go on better, and my face looks and feels cleaner. So there was some slight discomfort, so fare seems to be worth it.
Lol ouch. At least we could see your review was honest =p I think the chin area could be very painful for hormonal issue hair since that hair can tend to be quite thick.
You're so welcome! to be honest it's a very old video that I did off the cuff but I didn't like it and never used since, laser is way more effective and permanent xx
My mum bought me this because I hate waxing my upper lip. I asked for the one that looks like lipstick and shaves it and she got me this. It hurts, and the whole reason I wanted something other than wax was so that it didn’t hurt
Am I the only one who's thinking that this product shaves instead of epilating? I got it too, but I have the idea that it's breaking of the hair instead of pulling..
coconuttyislander That's just a way of body responding to the hairs being plucked out from a very sensitive area that us especially there to defend you against germs!
first time whatching your videos i really like you already , thank you so much you have helped me so much to know what i needed from this epilator , thanks aging for trying on camra .
My hair started to grow back so prickly like men's beard in my sideburns area. this is because I used to pluck the hairs. could this epilator help reduce the hairs and make them grow thinner ?
@@gaurigangwal6141 hi Gauri..unfortunately I used this on my chin and it gave me hard hair also I think it stimulated the hair growth on the chin.. may I know if you had the same experience and what you did to reverse the after effects?
I've paid £90 and after four months it stopped working. Opening it to change the battery was very difficult, also battery needs to be changed very often, like after every four uses. Unfortunately you will waste your money buying this product. Not recommending it at all!
+Sara Ibrahim it doesn't work. caused my skin to burn from the friction. blades are plastic and don't capture most of the hairs biggest mistake spending my hard earned cash on it.

+Siobhán McDonnell (LetzMakeup) I think I underestimated the power of such a small thing :)
she is going wayyy too fast if you decide to epilate please do not follow this as it will give you bumps and ingrown hairs. slow and steady
They don't have two speeds Left is for tweezing to the left and right to tweeze hair to the right! So I have never gone against the hair growth usually the direction of the hair. Also not meant for under the brows as can get caught in eyelashes also says to watch long hair
You look so pretty in this video! I would love a makeup tutorial on this look!xx
Does your facial hair grow back thicker
It never actually grows thicker. But every hair I pointy at the end, so when you cut it (instead of pulling it) the end of the hair is no longer pointy but I gets flat since you cut it mid shaft. That's why it looks more thick, cuz it's a stuble that grew in that cut flat shape. Always use methods that are pulling and never cutting
But won't the hairs growing back again on ur face be hard and will the hairs be quickly growing or does it slow the growth of facial hairs
Do you still use this?
Thanks for the video. I hope you don't mind my saying, I think it would be a lot less painful if you didn't have makeup on, and used a very warm cloth on your face first, like you would before plucking your eyebrows. :)

How do you take it like a champ I tried and it just hurts so much
I cried internally 😅
You are absolutely stunning!
+Beautiforever21 That is so so kind thank you x
You should have done a close up as could not see how it actually worked
It's a very very old video. I'm sure there's more modern ones now. FYI it's not great, threading or laser would be better IMO
Testing with full make up on....Ill pass ty
Lol ouch. At least we could see your review was honest =p

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the facial epilator, but it looks convenient for quick maintenance! Thanks so much for sharing your experience!

@@CarlyMusleh This is the honest review i was looking for. Good to know to skip this product

+Kouki Koukita it plucks them..like tweezer

How is it now ? Are you happy with epilator?
I know it might have been odd or weird on video, BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE PULLED YOUR SKIN TAUT!!!! WOULDVE MADE IT LESS PAINFUL AND BETTER RESULTS X
Am I the only one who's thinking that this product shaves instead of epilating? I got it too, but I have the idea that it's breaking of the hair instead of pulling..
Demi Jangi they are mini tweezers I tried it it hurts cuz it pulls the hair out of the roots so it's not rlly shaving
I bought mine today, and when I do my top lip it makes me sneeze!
coconuttyislander That's just a way of body responding to the hairs being plucked out from a very sensitive area that us especially there to defend you against germs!
Hy
Will you recommend this for others?
I can never get epilators to work. have tried several brands, but they just don't catch onto the hairs
+mustafa oh gosh, this certainly does!
+Carly Musleh hHaha I'll have to look into it
why would you do this with a full face of makeup on? that's dumb
+angela lissette because I was just testing small areas. It's not that serious ☺️
You have the pull the skin super tight and then it doesn't hurt.
Unrelated, when are you gonna do some new video about your hair care routine? Oh, by the way your skin looks flawless, I'm so jealous :)
first time whatching your videos i really like you already , thank you so much you have helped me so much to know what i needed from this epilator , thanks aging for trying on camra .
This never worked at all for me
How come? Could you pls explain because i'm thinking of buying one.
it gives me white pimples on my upper lip each time i use it :(
Me too
My hair started to grow back so prickly like men's beard in my sideburns area. this is because I used to pluck the hairs. could this epilator help reduce the hairs and make them grow thinner ?
No.. please don't buy this...it gave the same results as a pluker ....you can go for.. Brazilian wax..

Haha your too funny I would have thought the hair was being removed with a meat cleaver.
Carly, you're a saint! Doing this on camera! Blimey you suffered for our sins! Thumbs up for that!
+Philippa Hornsby (Pippi) I should have maybe tried it first before going on camera :) x
+Carly Musleh I was impressed that you got so far in without saying "ow!" You're a braver woman than I!
+Philippa Hornsby (Pippi) I was crying on the inside haha
