There is no Official statement for an global release. Or a statement about the release in general :D. But since we found ENG locale´s in the game client. The chances are good. Plus PWG ( Perfect World Games) has the ability to self publish the game here. So , stay tuned !

There is no Official statement for an global release.
Or a statement about the release in general :D.
