Hello! In different regions, the climate is different, so it is better to focus not on the month, but on the condition of the plants. In my experience, the success rate is higher when the scion is still dormant and the rootstock is just starting to wake up. Then the scion will first grow together with the rootstock, and only then will it begin to form leaves and shoots. Otherwise, the death rate is high. It is advisable to choose a season before the onset of heat, on a cool morning. You can use scions stored in the refrigerator for grafting - they are sleeping.
