That should have been Biden's first act as POTUS in order to ensure democratic elections.
The last president of a large country to do that was Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. Biden would be in good company there with the economy in a recession and the markets all down well below his Inauguration Day. The Dow Jones is currently -1,705 points under Biden after being up over 7,300 more earlier this year. He took a good economy and has driven it into the ground with collapsing markets and high inflation.
