This might be my favorite background music video on RUclips (or at least very high up there with a couple of other video game soundtrack compilations). Thank you so much for putting this together!
The Song of Balduran is a literal fairytale. So beautiful and ominous altogether. I love hanging around in the upstairs 'camp' while this tune is playing. I could chill here all day.
I Want to Live - Classical Version gets me teary-eyed every time. Choosing that song as the backdrop to Astarion's climactic scene in Act 3 was a stroke of brilliance by Larian. It truly couldn't have been more fitting!
I first got that scene when I was playing through as the Dark Urge which I was role playing as Tom Riddle(young Voldemort). I decided to just let Shadow Heart do her thing and I didn't say anything to convince her what to do and then she saved Aylin. Needless to say I was a little baffled and dumbstruck.
Sometimes you need to really admire the beauty of life. Enjoy simple little things that makes you happy, such as listening Down by the river, while your mates resting in a camp after a long journey.
When I bought the soundtrack, I was hoping to get all these songs. It’s a shame they haven’t released everything…I wonder why. Every track is beautiful. I appreciate that you compiled all the “gentle” tracks lol. Thank you for putting this together and sharing it ❤.
It really annoys me when not all the music is included on an album. And you have to search the Internet (with difficulty) and find them, or maybe not find them at all. This is what the witcher infuriated me with, when he wanted to find this or that music, but it simply wasn’t in the album. And you also did a good deed. You can see exactly where this music is playing. Makes my job easier.
I feel the same way. Especially with the Witcher, that's why I did videos on it aswell :) Thank you! I hope I could provide with a coherent connection with the pictures. They do not match every time, but I tried my best
Can't say which is my favourite one ! Each song I hear, i'm telling myself "oh, that one is beautiful !", while remembering some adventures I lived in BG3 with it playing background.
raise and leave a legacy to be remembered. giving them the gift of loving art like this may just save their life if they ever get in a rough spot in life. thank you for being an amazing human being. love you my dude, you dont know me, but i love people like you.
Finished this game last week and now I feel... deflated? I know there is enough content and variation to justify a second run, but I'll miss not knowing the next stage of the adventure, what's round the next bend, and who I can trust. Anyone else?
I had the opposite. I was eager to go through again, to see the story from a different point of view and see all I had missed. Turns out there was so much content I just passed by! I'm over 150 hours in now and I'm still finding new things and paths to explore, what an incredible game
Definitely do a second run! There's so much content that just isn't possible to get in one run - I thought I had 100%-ed the game, but I was surprised to find out just how much I missed, and I'm not even past Act I in my second playthrough! Multiplayer is always a fun option as well :)
While I adore the BG3 soundtrack as a whole, the Druid's Grove theme will forever hold a special place in my heart. Oh how many hours did I spend in the grove while the game was still in early access ❤It is now so nostalgic... P.S. It also has a special alternative version if you're in stealth! Pretty clutch too.
I associate House of Hope (Meeting with Haarlep) 1:41:20 more with scenes in the Counting House, in the treasuries and on the cargo ships in the Lower City (watch out for alarm systems!)
I just realized that while it most likely is not, but could be tied to the Harpies you encounter at the riverside while in the Emerald Grove. Their song entrances you to come down by the river....like a siren's song
Every artist of the concept art I used is credited in the description at the bottom. Just look up their respective ArtStation profile. I took everything from there :)
Sadly I cannot control how many ads there are on my videos. I do not montize my videos, so every ad you see was put there by the respective copyright owner, or at least they profit financially of it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience
Would you consider yourself a true adventurer? A truth seeker? Do you crave knowledge only few possess? Would you go on a journey that no one would ever believe happened to you? If so, find Him. Seek Almighty God. Use all your heart, all your mind, and all your soul to find Him and discover the truth. From the darkest depths to the greatest heights, He makes the righteous invincible. Seek the Lord and you will never thirst again.

I think its the official theme of Karlach, considering her character arc. Makes it even more emotional when thinking about it.
@@63Limar Thats who I thought of when I first heard this song.. along with myself

I think Nightsong is my favourite song. That scene with Aylin in the game gave me goosebumps

I used it for a scene at the table when Divine Intervention worked and it was awe inspiring there too. That piece is just 11/10.
@@LaughingBearGames That sounds like an epic moment. If no one has yet, I thank you for creating that
I Want To Live (Instrumental) is my favourite. The call-response from 9:49 to 10:11 is so addictive to listen to!
Same here!! I could listen to hit for hours on repeat, so good to fall asleep to

only one track is lost which i want to hear here - First meeting with Guardian, it's soooo beautiful and calm. Thank you for compilation!
It seemed I missed this one. Maybe in an upcoming video! :)
@@Pharysz You could do a more epic music compilation with most of the songs that weren't used in this video.

Absolutely love this soundtrack (and the game). Can listen to this all day, and would love for a live orchestra experience like Divinity 2.
I'm in the Nightsong part of the game (again) and this song makes me chill everytime...beautiful
"Wash my pain away" made me tear up, I don't know when this song is going to play in the game.. but it's definitely going to hurt

where can i find the down by the river character creation theme?
I can't see Raphael's theme ?
You mean Raphael's Final Act. I found it a bit distracting due to the heavy amounts of vocals. Even more so than Down by the River :)
What’s the best part about this?
Yes

I use an app to auto silence ads and auto select skip when it is displayed. At most a few interrupted seconds of silence.
Ads truly are evil.
