- Strengthening its demand for a greater Nagaland with its own flag & constitution, the NSCN (IM) made it clear that the Naga National Flag, which symbolizes the Naga political identity, is non negotiable. NSCN IM in its latest editorial of news bulletin ‘Nagalim Voice'’ on May 26 stated that it is unthinkable for NSCN to accept Naga national flag as a cultural flag as hinted by the Government of India. NSCN IM pointed out that owing to the habitual betrayal nature, the 25 years of Indo - Naga political talks is at the risk of going down the drain. It therefore said that after being defiled for three times already, the Naga political issue cannot be defiled the fourth time. NSCN IM maintained that after signing the FA as a way forward to salvage the Naga political issue, the Indo-Naga political issue and talks should be regarded as sacred

Tangkhul is blood brothers of meeteis from ancient times .They have seven clans and meeteis have seven clans. The meeteis considered them as their elder brothers. But we have been seperated for a very long times since meeteis went down the plain around 1st century. We meeteis still perfomed an occasion called Mera wayungba in a year which lights a torch on bamboo pole in every households to ensure we are still here from the Imphal plain. But it all went down the hill when Muivah joined NSCN and want leadership of his own and brainwashing the youths. They called themselves nagas but they have very close cultural and linguistic affinities with the meeteis. Manipur future and Nagaland future will be very good and develop if there were no NSCN Im.
