    Tottaly disagree.
    1. If government want prioritise merit then caste based reservation system should be abolished first.
    2. Who will determine the real performances? There is no proper job allotment in gov sector. One has to too pressure and his colleagues has ample time.
    3. This system will be used for oiling and appeasement purposes.
    4. Better executive and political persons must be made accountable for better utilization of the public money.

    Income tax collection and gst collection are increasing multifold but the government is behaving like it has no money to increase salaries of government employees.     Who will evaluate the work? If the person is really hard working but stood against wrong doings of his superior, he will be treated as bad employee. But if someone doesn't do anything, only he does oiling to his boss. He will promoted.

    But! Expenditure burden? Muje samaj nahi ata agar government 10 saal baad ye commission layi jati hai to burden kaisa? ye pehle hi plan kar dena cahiye. Private me to bahut gandi halat hai janvaro ke tarah kaam karke bhi increment asi hoti hai ki inflation ko bhi meet nahi kar pati koi regulations nahi hai ki employees ko benefit de sake.

    My guess and suggestions on Performance -based implementation of 8th CPC.
    I favour the skill-based implementation rather than performance based.
    Employees should be rewarded with pay hikes or increments based on the acquisition of new skills, certifications, or advanced knowledge that is directly relevant to their role or enhances their productivity.
    This system 'supplements' the traditional seniority-based pay structure, creating an additional layer of motivation for employees to upskill.
    I think those who are public sector employees can agree on this

    आजकल एक नया नाटक चला है सरकारी नौकरी के बाज़ार में, जिसका सरकारी नौकरी में नंबर आ जाता है वो उसी नौकरी में लगने के लिए ज्ञान बांटने लगता है, उन्हें यह नहीं समझ आता कि अगर उनकी नौकरी के लिए लाइन में 1000 आदमी खड़े हुए होंगे तो सरकार उनकी तनख़ाह क्यों बढ़ाएगी ? वो तो सीधा कहेगी काम करना है तो कर वरना हम दूसरे आदमी को भर्ती कर लेंगे सस्ते में, कुर्सी ही तो गर्म करनी है किसी से भी करा लेंगे 😂
    दूसरों को तैयारी करने का ज्ञान देने की जगह यह बोले होते कि भाईलोग कुछ नहीं रखा इस सरकारी नौकरी में कुछ और काम धंधा ढूंढ लो तो शायद 8th पे कमीशन भी आ जाता। 😂

    Higher officers get their lower officers to twist facts. Lower officers who are new to service find it hard to resist them as they have higher control over their initial career. Now, superior officers will get control over pay.
    This will DEFINITELY make it easier for higher officers to have the case examined by lower officers as they want. And if anything goes wrong, the blame is on lower officers.

    only 2% is Clerical Job which can be evaluated be performance basis.
    98% of Govt. job is based on physical work which cant be evaluted.
    bcz time duration of work is not limited to 8 Hours . ranges from 10-12 hours.
