It’s a lot of walking even inside just from the mall entrance to the queue of getting to the lift of Burj Khalifa, it’s lot of walking say more than 2km, n mall is extremely huge, I was literally walking with my sandals in hand by the night time.

There is a free dubai mall bus from the metro station to grand entrance of mall , saves you the 1 km walk

Yes souvenirs are very expensive inside burj Khalifa but you can buy all these souvenirs outside burj Khalifa in 1AED to 20 AED stores
124th or 148th floor ..is it worth to spend the extra amount
if you can then you should as you will get very less crowd on 148th floor.
