What a great group of young musicians....well rehearsed in both their choreography and music. I hesitate to compare them to anyone else, as they can stand alone with what they do. Small, but with a good balance instrumentally, and not trying to make up for it by just being loud. Over all an excellent performance.... Arigatougozaimasu

大西学園は良いですね。サウンドもまとまっているし、アンサンブルもとても良い。それと芸達者です。このバンドは独特のノリがあって大好きです。
I came here via the Orange Devils and I am glad to see that their influence is strong.
Musical excellence is to be admired. This band has it in spades, they're one of the best small school bands I've seen.

I'm watching them on my 4K 50" monitor and one of the girl had her shoe lace loose but she still going at it the whole time till the end. Now that's dedication and selflessness to the team.

僕が思う事、入部したばかりの１年生が、数カ月前は吹けない曲の時に舞台袖に下っていたけど、今は一人も下る事無く演奏している事が嬉しく思います🤗努力の賜物ですね🎉

EXCELLENT.... !!! With every video I see it makes feel like paying a visit to Kyoto and experience this magnificent country, I do know some great guitarist in Tokyo.
Very well done to you all. A fine performance. Sing, Sing, Sing with a bit more swing. Some really fine soloists - and the Alto Sax solo was superb. Thank you @Tsubame Planning for an excellent video.
All very young but so professional, I hope they understand what pleasure they give to others on a global scale.

Oh my Goodness what a Band!!! Fresh and sharp with their choreography on the pacier numbers and their sound on the slow stuff just to die for,I was genuinely moved by the ensemble and solo playing in "When you wish upon a star" and "Stardust".Being a relatively small band in number can be an advantage in that the sound (if you're as good as these kids!) takes on a more intimate blend which can take a performance to another level -and it did! A very high standard of musicianship for all members and excellent soloing ,they just looked as if they were having a great time and it sounded like it too!-Marvelous!!!

Relatively small band that has a great sound with some simple choreography. Saw some movements that might be getting them ready for the Kyoto Tachibana one-legged turn some day!

中盤の怒涛の山口百恵メドレーは絶対先生の趣味ですなぁ(笑)
でも、みなさんの演奏素晴らしいですね。しなやかで、しとやかで。それでもって、しっかりスイングもしてますね。19:53～
はじめて大西学園の演奏を見ましたが、「芸」にはビックリです。チューバ担いで縄跳びとは...何ですかコレ。
演奏はもちろんのこと、ピッチ、音色、ブレス、リズム、ダンスのステッフ、そして挨拶や姿勢等の所作、全てにおいて丁寧さが感じられとても感動しました。
ほんと、すばらしいです（´。｀)b
Oh, don't forget the boy on trumpet on the chair on the left. When he stand, he leaned left, right ankle injury assumed when he sit down. He can't dance but he can still play. I like their spirit.

Totally agree. My favorite piece also, mostly due to her performance. She is a rockstar and should go professional.

Sing×3や踊るポンポコリンのステップが大分揃ってきましたね。でも、やはり大西学園と言えば『芸！』ですね(笑)今回は無いのかと思ってましたが、やってくれたのでホッ！としました。

宝島のソロパートをあえてサックス全員で演奏しているのは珍しいですね。
演奏に安定感、安心感がありリラックスして見られます。相当厳しい練習をしているのではないでしょうか。
ポニーテールではなく、全員ツインテール？高校生らしく、可愛いですよ。
制服着用時、肩より長い髪は2つに結く。…私立あるあるの校則なのです(笑)
関東にも北山・東山文化のようなバックボーンが欲しいね
金閣寺・銀閣寺のような華があれば最高だけれど・・・・
でも、大西学園の生徒が自然に（庶民の）遊びを取り入れているのはさすがだと思った（勝手なイメージです）
Sing, Sing, Sing は別な振り付けを考えた方が良くない? あそこと全く一緒なのも何だかな・・・・。
橘高校から許可もらっているの? でもそれってちゃんとマナー守って良心的ですよね。ただ、個人的には大西高校独自の振り付けをやってもらいたい。橘高校はあまりに有名になりすぎたんで、見る人はやっぱりパクリと思うんじゃないかな?

Sing Sing Sing に関しては、殆ど振り付けが同じように感じるんだけど。
違うのかな? でも、制服でやるのは好感が持てますね。
出雲なんて、いくら姉妹高だとはいっても、コスチュームまで同じようにするのはどうかな? 欧米の感覚は、パクリは泥棒ですからね。
まあ、日本国内でやっている分には何ら問題ないと思いますが。
米国はアマチュアに煩い事言いませんよ京都橘高校は burn the floorと殆ど同じ振り付けしていますが泥棒とか言ってますか？
米国の学校のマーチングはDCIの真似も多いけどそれを泥棒とわ言わないです
京都橘高校の愛称である「オレンジの悪魔」もDCIのblue devilsから来てるのだし
