I am practising this schedule from last 2days
My views......
1) on Quality of video: I have never heard this type of audio quality in any Educational video and Duration is so reasonable
2) on Content:
I felt very productive on following this schedule.
Highlighted point is: using different types of stationary
I found personally one alternative thing
after 25-30 minutes of study, in break time, mind mapping of whatever we read for 4-5 minute by walking 🚶 will boost memories w.r.t. Whatever Studied as well as making interest is that thing for long duration

Dear Mehar you will find this one book "competitive advantage" boring usually because it is not advanced as well as practical.....
I read this book in November 19, I found this not so productive than it's substitute...
I would like to recommend you " Strategic management competitiveness and globalisation :concepts and cases" edition 12
and Harvard Business Review Magazine for current update on globe strategies......
