    Hi, in my late grandfather's property site, 30 years back , my father has constructed an house (electric bill is under my father's name(late) ,here two houses are rent n other one are occupied by my father's brother family).     Need some legal advice of yours.
    I am staying in a dda flat from last 34 years.
    My neighbour flat is lying vacant from last 27 years, No one had even came once to visit this flat in last 27 years electricity meter, water meter both got disconnected in the year 1998 due to non payment of dues.
    I had tried my best, went to the dda office, sdmc office, sub registrar office, but all efforts gone into vain.
    Actual owner is not traceable.
    who will be the new legal owner of the flats whose actual owner are not traceable?
    Is there any process to know the actual owner of this flat?

    I'm not that knowledgeable since I'm still young and I don't know if it's the right place to ask but since my grandfather is unwell and God forbid if he pass away my uncle and aunt(my dad passed away) who although cruel from my part really doesn't deserve anything because I know they're gonna spend it on stupid things my aunt I won't mind but my uncle who's an alcoholic is already planning to get his share is there a way for me to prevent him from getting anything because I know he's gonna cause trouble if he got any share by continuously getting drunk easily spending or even selling everything we have for alcohol.

    An ex-staff banker getting more interest than normal FD holder is deceased now, and the FD expires in 2022. Whether the survivor/legal heir nominated can continue the FD in their name and avail the same interest rate as before the death of the primary holder of the FD(ex-banker of same bank where FD is kept ) without the need for claiming the amount or closure of the FD before expiry.please explain in detail.Thank you!

    How to access unknown family property details which has been hidden from my father by his brothers. Property belongs to my grandfather, property was not divided among his sons.     Hello sir..our land which we cultivated there for more than 20 year and was given by our grandparents..but this week one farmer who stay near that land took away that land and registered his name as well without telling us....but that land belong to us and we have not registered that name yet but he hidingly registerted his name ...what the solution about it?

    Sir my grandfather won a 10 hectare land case and get an ownership but sir now i didn't get my grandfather name there what i have to do now sir
