- So easy to make homemade Mango Sauce with Chili Peppers. Most people look to make a Mango Habanero Sauce, but this mango sauce recipe isn't crazy spicy, or it can be if you want to! I use Cayenne Chili Peppers or Thai Peppers. It's the perfect recipe, not too spicy and not too sweet!

Thanks, it's such a tasty sauce - my favorite with chicken nuggets, the perfect chicken dipping sauce!
Thanks so much for this!!! Im going to make it to sell! How long does it lasts refrigerated? Thanks
Recently started a hog roast and bbq business with my dad going to use this sauce for our chicken wings hopefully it works well ❤
Did it work?
Hi Peter, great recipes! Are you going to post more videos about Russia? My wife and I really enjoyed them 😊
Yes, absolutely. Just need the world to open up! I've had people ask questions about where we live, so I am currently working on showing Western Australia until things open up. 👍🏻
Hi Peter could you tell me how long we can store it in refrigerator it has got vanigar as well
I've had it last up to six months in my fridge, but there are many things that can impact shelf life, and it may be less. Try to enjoy it within 1 or 2 months for best flavors.
Chef will your chili mango sauce go okay with grilled or barbequed pork/chicken?
Yes, it will be perfect!
@@petersfoodadventures wow thanks. Will definitely try this out..
How long can i keep the sauce in the refrigerator?
I usually keep it about a month, but some have said it can be longer, it never lasts that long at my place.
how do you make it shelf stable ?
Its the vinegar and sugar
Can frozen mango be used? 🤔
I've never made it with frozen mango, but don't see why not. The only thing is that frozen fruits tend to release more water, so it might be more runny as a sauce. So probably needs thickening. Also, frozen mangoes are sometimes picked while green and not fully ripe, just check sweetness and add sugar if needed. Please update if you make it and how it worked! :-)
@@petersfoodadventures thank you for your reply! Challenge accepted 👍 will let you know how it turns out!!
Finally made the sauce!! Used frozen mangos.
It is amazing!!
Thank you Peter!!
Excellent! Glad to know it works, and that you loved it too!
Blend, then cook it......just saying. Then you don't have to deal with hot splashing. 🤙🏽
Shelf life???
