The Chile GTX boots are not in Meindl's Comfort Fit, we currently stock the Veneto, Journey Mid, Meran and Antelao/Antelao Pro from their Comfort Fit Boot Range.
@@kevinbungles In general, EU48 = UK13, apart from in cycling shoes for some reason. If you need the extra width and volume of comfort fit, the Veneto could be a good option for you, but for the best chance of sizing correctly, we would recommend trying them on at your local footwear specialist where you can be guided through the fit process, if that's not possible then follow our guide here: ruclips.net/video/qYivcWR4hVk/видео.html To give you a better idea of which size will be best for you.
The Chile GTX is comparable to other similar leather GTX boots in it's category. It will be a little heavier compared to synthetics, but not excessively. If well cared for, these boots will last you a very long time, longer than synthetic alternatives.
Are they comfort fit, I need a wide foot box like what keen do
