Hello. This time, I have prepared Rachmaninoff's Elegie. It is one of Rachmaninoff's early works, offering a beautiful and.. melancholic musical experience. Recently, some subscribers have requested playlists. I have created various playlists, which can be found by going to the “Home” tab of my channel, below “Popular Videos” and “Videos” sections. Please feel free to use them if needed. Thank you so much! Have a nice day!
Nice performance Kassia, I really enjoy it ! May you play Danube waltz or Die Fledermaus in future ?
The playlists are so helpful. Also w piece
Very beautiful composition!😍
Can you play "Kelton" by Aysedeniz
@kassiapiano you're just wonderful. I love your videos
Words can't express how much I love rachmaninoff's music
Thank you. I like his music, too:)
All of rachmaninoff's pieces carry that little hint of sadness and Kassia does a great job of expressing that! Beautifully played Kassia!
Thank you for your words!!
What about Italian Polka. Does that carry sadness?
@@deniz117yeah
Such sadness - someone needs to give Rachmaninoff a hug.
Thank you so much, Luke:) I like your interpretation:)
🤗
Rachmaninoff is my favorite composer and most youtubers don't really play the unappreciated or underrated pieces which he worked very hard on too, since they get overshadowed by the preludes, sonatas, concertos. I am glad you posted this, thanks Kassia!
Well, tbf this piece is one of his most popular and famous works. I feel what you're saying and stand by your statement, it simply feels a little bit off refering to his elegie. Tha being said, I would also love to hear many other Rach pieces, I personally fell in love with many of his early works.
I do think that this elegie is one of the popular works of Rach, but Rach was just wayy to good with the concertos and sonatas, so when you kind of, think of Rachmaninoff you only mostly get the idea of the man who wrote some of the best concertos. So in a way yes elegie does get overshadowed. I have listened to almost all of Rachmaninoff's works and I think they are absolutely phenomenal, I still think that this piece is a bit underrated..
You mind recommending other pieces? Im just getting into classic music and love to expand my horizon also other componist with this sort of melachonic vibe would be much appreciated
You demonstrated all your skill and professionalism so that I had the opportunity to listen to the most beautiful cover of this magical music.
Thank you Kassia

Often the underlying subtle emotions of a Rachmaninoff piece get buried beneath the technical fireworks, but simply put, this is an exceptional performance of finesse and gripping anticipation. Beautiful and rewarding to listen to.

I was obsessed with this piece a few months ago-beautiful rendition. You need to expose the masses to Rach prelude op. 23 no. 4. That is in my eyes a perfect composition
Fantastic execution of this piece and remarkable beauty it is. Thanks for playing this one of my favourite Rach pieces to us, Kassia.

Iʼve been following your channel for long enough to know how beautifully you express composersʼ feelings. You truly feel their happiness, misery, desperation etc, and put these feelings under your fingers. It is not easy to make a huge, black and abrupt monster sing, and you do it immaculately. I really adore you Kassia. Keep on)
In every upload, it always makes my day listening to classic music that is so relaxing and awesome to hear. And I can't believe in an instant you were at 3k, and now without me realizing it's at 1.1M. Wow, what a ride. ❤😊

Words cannot express the beauty of this piece
Thanks for reminding me of this little gem by Rachmaninov
For who doesn't hasn't already, I also really suggest listening to his Trio élégiaque no. 1 and. 2 :)
Hi Kassia. If l hadn't have seen the title , for the first 2 minutes l thought it to be Chopin. He can be very melancholic and that's when he plays at his most sublime. It goes without saying that all composers are inspired by others from time to time . This is indeed a beautiful piece . Thankyou 💖
i love this piece thanks for posting🖤
Beautiful
Congratulations Kassia!, you always surprise us with your expression and technique on the piano.
Kassia, parabéns! Sempre tocando maravilhosamente!!
i love your style of playing, always have always will 😍😍 i have a request from a cousin of mine... he has cancer and really wishes for you to play Liszt's hungarian rhapsody no 6 and he would love it if you considered it ❤️
