FNG no man, scout future stars actually work this year. Used them 3 times this year, every time got an absolute worldie. 86 rated at 20 ain’t below average.

Alot of these are VERY subjective. Some people actually do have fun using their same favorite big or small club and making the most OP team fulled with 90+ players. It's all preference. Also with delegating, you have to WAIT. Some times it's easier to negotiate also simply paying a little extra on their wage can VOID having to use a bonus whilst NEGOTIATING. (there are work arounds for bonuses) which for me outweighs waiting a few days and not getting you the contract you wanted either thru wage or length I hate delegating just for the player to demand a 1 or 2 year contract. I do agree the Scout future star is usually garbage and just a waste of spot in the YA and not signing players over 32 (hell I'd say 30). Unless if thats how you wanna play of course. Good video but some of these suggestions are debatable.
@@normanfernee3500 no, he is approximately 19 years old and at age of 20 or 21 will reach to 86 , 87. And the price for him at that age to bye is around 20 £, but in next year will became 50£!!!
I watched the Sunderland Documentary on Netflix...felt bad for them. Used a Financial Takeover to begin my Sunderland Road Back career mode. Currently in Year 2, Leading the Championship, won the League Cup for a 2nd year in a row, currently in QF of Europa League and SF of FA Cup. My team is full of teenagers that I brought through my academy. Also used the scout Future Star. That player is now my starting CAM. 78 OVR already and only 19. He started as a 65 OVR. 94 Potential.
The financial objectives are always very easy, but the youth objectives... I always get something like “sign 3 players, get them 10 more overall points and use them in 50% of the games” - which is insane
The other one you don’t do in career mode is don’t start your player career with the top team just start from the below team or play a team from outside of Europe before joining the top team
Something that's really fun to do is to put all the top European teams in the English League from the PL to League 2 and start with a top club with big budget in League 2 and build up to the PL
I love doing the different teams theory. On the other hand, had very different experiences with the scout future stars. I only use one max per rebuild because they’re so OP and all mine end up in the mid to high 80’s.
Hey FNG, I felt the same way you explained in this Video, all these overused Teams and Players were leading to the same playstyle over and over again, so I declared some rules for myself: 1. That's how I basically made FIFA more interesting for me, because I need to build up a team, before I'm even allowed to buy any star player.

Earlier today i done it and i got a RM with 84-94 potential and he was 67 rated when i firdt scouted him, while i never get players with above 80 minimum potential with normal scouting, and this has happened every time ive done it.
With normal scouting get the scouts with highest judgment and (other stat lol forgot), I normally leave them out for 6months therefore you can leave the players found without signing and taking up space in your academy and possibly see the potential rise or drop and then make a final decision on who you wanna sign towards the end of the scout, and also beware of clubs taking your players they normally take the good players.
I know it's proper cheesy but the 'scout future star' can get a high potential player, just save the game a few days before the player is added to your academy, if he's crap, reload - repeat until the next messi
Doing generic things is boring at times. Like I have a Lyon career and signed martial. But I also signed rugani Theo Hernandez florenzi and Cristian pavon
You can get around number 9... If you offer a player that you don't use when bidding for a player the opposing manager will give you a transfer valuation. I then offer half of what they suggest and quite often get a bargain and sell a player I didn't use, which then provides extra wages for the salary of the new player... The salary aspect is tricky though... Peter Crouch will happily accept £200k a week. I usually make an offer based on how much I would pay them in comparison to my current players... Then take away a bit depending on their age.... Also Robben has been one of my favourite signings at 34 years young. Crazy stats for less than £20m .. Ribery was a recent purchase for Leicester and.... he only lasts about 15 minutes, I feel bad making him run.... His face goes bright red. If you want to win the Prem though with Leicester or even Huddersfield then signing an oldie just for 2 years can really help.. (Tip: Casillas the legend.. 83 ovrall 37 y/o.... £1.3m and about 50p wages...)
A guy like a Marcelo or Zlatan, I can see someone saying to themselves, I just want to play with that guy on my team... but normally 30 is my limit. I’ve also created my own manager mode, where I’m Ole, trying to bring United back to glory. I’ve set my own list of “don’t” in that. Which is fun. Also, I agree with not signing the same players over & over, but some I just can’t avoid. I always sign either Weah, McKennie, Brooks or Pulisic, because I’m American & we have so few quality players to choose from. Also, don’t forget about the World Cup. I know it’s not featured, but it’s still in the game. I like to find a small obscure manager & do a RTG with them (again creating my own manager mode) I don’t do only youth players, though, because my youth squad is made up entirely of the managers nationality of player. Almost Athletic Bilbao like. I then will pick that nation to manage & see if I can take my National team & my Domestic team to glory, with my manager. Just a few. Good video.
if you want a challenge; play with Athletic Club. Only sign Basque based players and only Spanish youth academy players. Let players leave if their release clauses are paid (unless more than 5 leave in the same window). Really, really enjoyable.
Fifa is fun when u let your player grow naturally n now player growth. 2 . Play on a level wheres its challenging and take off the option to restart match. 3 don't start with a team that's already established.
You can make the game give you a great scout future star. You just need to save the game at the end of the month, go to the first day of the next month. If he is bad just load the game. I know it's kinda unrealistic but its the only way to get a very good scout future star. And it doesn't take long.
I do the same thing every year. Pick a team in the lowest English division with the nicest kits (forest green rovers for me this year) get rid of all the existing players (eventually) and replace them with youth team players which in time I train to be an all conquering squad of 85-90+ superstars. Then just as I get my team how I want, the next fifa comes out and I sadly have to kiss goodbye to them all once again.
The best think about that year FIFA Career Mode is the fact that they add ultimate difficulty, because there's no way you gonna win everything every year no matter which club you play, sow 'cause of that you got extra motivation to play again, that was the big problem in FIFA 18 and previous, 'cause i win almost everything no matter what sow i got boring after 3/4 seasons, now i'm i 4th season and i wanna still play with the same club, very good move EA
I suggest not using pre-contracts, they are very unrealistic. For example I'm playing a career mode with my friend that is meant to be unrealistic since we are just having fun and trying to get as high as possible as quickly as possible. We finished 17th with Preston in the first season, now we have 85 rated Brahimi and 82 Almiron in the team. That is just ridiculous, and pre-contracts remove the financial challenge of the game.
I tried to do it with a side called Cruzeiro. They are a pain as the team has an average overall of around 73. The players on the other hand have an average age of 34. 80% of your team retire by season 2 and you only have 13m budget to actually build a team. I had to focus on bringing in any youth player possible to just keep the team numbers up. Give it a go, it's ridiculous. They are a Brazilian team
You probably should avoid signing older players. In career modes where David villa wasn’t retiring I’d sign him to a 2 year deal because of his low wages and cheap price for a pretty decent player/ squad player depending on the career mode and then once he’d join most of the time he’d just be retiring at the end of the season, so he’d retire with a year left on his contract
Same happened to me signed el sharaway signed him for free then he retired David villa is good but when you get these old players you have to manage there playing time if there good overall start them but sub them off after 60 minutes if they aren't fit to start place them on the bench and bring them on as a super sub
You are so right with the first thing I make a rule that I am not allowed to use any player that I have used before even if they were just rotting on my bench. I only break this rule if they are in the original squad of a new career
Also, as for the scouting deal, that doesn’t necessarily help with wages, which is why I always negotiate wages. For example I just signed a guy today in my Forest Green Rebuild who was making 50K/Week with a low level side to a 20K/Week Wage simply bc I gave him 25K from my transfer pool of over 80 million instead of what would amount to a several million dollar difference if I had paid that in wages by guessing with the delegation tool.
I normally watch videos to see who to sign (young players) but every video it’s the same overated op players. I like to sign those hidden gems, ya know!
Move Rangers into the League 1/Championship and do a RTG! Would be class to see as it was actually contemplated to move Rangers and Celtic into the English Leagues, the same way Swansea and Cardiff did
FNG, I never bought any player with more bonuses on negotiations.... negotiations are sometimes better than delegations... it just depends how u manage... on a separate note, 32 aged players can make an impact on the existing season.... it depends on your objective and how u 'll play.
The only trouble with delegating a contract after purchase is u dunno how long a contract they want and if ur a lower league team u cud end up with players with 1 year contracts wich u cant renew, it can work if ur in a top league sometimes cuz they ask for longer contracts
Scout Future Star is actually pretty good... just buy it on the 30th or 31st of any month, save, go to the 1st of the next month, check your new player. If you don't like it, quit without saving and rinse and repeat. Do this until you got the new Ronaldo or suhin. Doing this I got a 88-94 potential 5"5 CM with 5* WF and 4* SM. He is the lowest rated in my starting 11 since it's only my 2nd season... but he still scores bangers left right and center. And still only 16 :)
FryedPotatoPants did the same thing, now I have a 75 rated 18yo CB first team, in my second season girona team, 6’2 Low,High work rates with good pace just used trainer to boost his defending very good idea
I found I won more away games in the calendar. Also, I once signed sancho in a rebuild, and then he came telling me he wasnt getting enough game time, so I found that my assistant hadn't been playing him while he was my best player
I dont understand how you want to "keep things realistic amd natural", yet you delegate to avoid bonuses. They are a HUGE part of signings "realisticly"

Never grow your player using training that just make them too good to fast , instead let them grow based on their performance on the pitch thats more fun try it guys .
you can make a lot of money signing free agent players and selling them after a year or two, also i have singed 5 with world class potential free agent players. don't underestimate free agent players always scout at least 4 times during a season you will be amazed
for scout future stars you can save the day before they come through into your academy and keep refreshing it until you get a good one, i know its kind of cheating but it makes the scout future star worth using
Could not agree any less with the scout future player. Every time I’ve used it I’ve got very good players with high potentials. U just have to know how to get the most out o players in the training hub. Recently I got a 17 yr old striker and his starting overall was 78 he is now a 89 ovr player at 22. U just need to use the player rather than loaning them or sitting them out
Starting a new career mode after all the patches with Bristol Rovers. I'm a Roma fan from Italy but you know... who wouldn't want to reborn as a damn pirate?! 😎 Let's goooo!
Signing 32 years + players ain't always that bad. If u do an egg and u sign a 32 year old + player who is well above the overall of other players as they help out in the sim and the next window you can is ed them in swap deals for good players.
Don't buy players over 32? Sometimes that's fun to do, like bringing team legends back to the club, like Ronaldo to Manchester United, or Ibrahimovic to AC milan
I bought Barzagli for my Real Betis carreer mode just for the first season. He only costed me 2 million and i got a 84-82 rated defender for the season. That way i could spend more on the attack and the midfield.
Neymar's face is perfect in the thumbnail 😂 Also with the first point, I never sign the same player in different careers for the fifa cycle. Makes it hard once you do ten different ones 🙈 Youth objectives are awful when they're high or critical : sign 6 players to your youth squad, grow them by 10 ovr, play each in 20 matches. It's basically a Saw trap 😒
Mate I'm doing a career mode and my manager is called Mr fuck up, I signed for Chelsea and sold everyone over 80 rated to see them relegate. Do shit and somehow Everton who are winning the league offer me a job, my idea is to mess up as many 'big' teams as possible 😂😂😂
Dont simulate in calender if you have good players in your youth academi with a great potential. (You cant bring them in to the team if they want to leave)
my fav midfield in fifa 19 cdm: boubacar kamara cm: maitland niles cm: mckennie unit of a midfield 2 pacey midfielders with a good drive and a rock of a cdm (even doe he is a cb) and all of them are between 71-72

There's this crazy rule in America that only goals scored hy Christian Pulisic count as actual goals. Any other player's goals don't count
With the contract negotiation I just wait until it says contract expires in 6 months and it means the time will be added on the end of the year
I tried to do it with a side called Cruzeiro.
« Don’t buy players over the age of 32 »
Glitched Sergio Ramos at 91 overall and increasing at 34: ¡Ya gana mi equipo, ya ataca mi Madrid! ¡Vamos!
You are so right with the first thing I make a rule that I am not allowed to use any player that I have used before even if they were just rotting on my bench. I only break this rule if they are in the original squad of a new career
In negogiatios you can just keep trying until you get A good deal + that way you can sing someone In 1 hour when Ever you want to
Also, as for the scouting deal, that doesn’t necessarily help with wages, which is why I always negotiate wages.
About number 9 I hate when they don’t ask you what they want for wages I’ll end up overpaying or a walkout of the room
Yep you give them a 2 year deal no bonus a little bit more on there wage
Doing a Portsmouth RTG was actually something new to me. I'm usually Arsenal.
The only trouble with delegating a contract after purchase is u dunno how long a contract they want and if ur a lower league team u cud end up with players with 1 year contracts wich u cant renew, it can work if ur in a top league sometimes cuz they ask for longer contracts
I hate when you need to sign a crucial first team player and you sign a hazard to Madrid and you give him an important role it’s not complete
The "scout future star" always banks me a 90+ potential player, never had problems with it
Scout Future Star is actually pretty good... just buy it on the 30th or 31st of any month, save, go to the 1st of the next month, check your new player.
1 ) if you just play CM , play it on PC
2) Download Cheat Engine
3) Download Aranaktu's Table
4)Enjoy a 1000 times better CM
Another good tip is to keep track of retiring players such as robben and ribery to get there regens
Never had a bad player when scouting for future star
I used scout a future star. He is 20 yo left midfielder that is curently 84 overall, and still has promising in the training page.

Overriding on young players isn't that bad though especially wage wise because the overall increases will counteract it quite quickly.
I brought Frank Ribery in my Tranmere RTG in the 2nd season because he has 4* 5* and he hasn't lost a single rating since I brought him in.
for scout future stars you can save the day before they come through into your academy and keep refreshing it until you get a good one, i know its kind of cheating but it makes the scout future star worth using
Great vid, what’s your opinion on simming training sessions instead of playing to get an A?
Could not agree any less with the scout future player. Every time I’ve used it I’ve got very good players with high potentials. U just have to know how to get the most out o players in the training hub. Recently I got a 17 yr old striker and his starting overall was 78 he is now a 89 ovr player at 22. U just need to use the player rather than loaning them or sitting them out
Don't buy an 32 year old player or older... unless it's Ronaldo.
PjXu98 in season 23/24 Ronaldo is 79 rated
Completely disagree, when you have a low budget older players can be very cheap while retaining good attributes
I am doing a Macclesfield road to glory. I’m doing it while I’m typing.......
In four seasons I’ve brought Macclesfield to the championship😉
Music Maniac I’m trying to do the same with Yeovil Town. Only on the second season though
I’m now on season five and it looks like we are going to the prem! Ive been simming a lot of games!
The tip about overused teams where he says about portsmouth RTG... when your a Portsmouth fan you always use them😂😂
Starting a new career mode after all the patches with Bristol Rovers. I'm a Roma fan from Italy but you know... who wouldn't want to reborn as a damn pirate?! 😎 Let's goooo!
when u scout to find youth player's send them to TURKEY!!
Neymar's face is perfect in the thumbnail 😂
Also with the first point, I never sign the same player in different careers for the fifa cycle. Makes it hard once you do ten different ones 🙈
Youth objectives are awful when they're high or critical : sign 6 players to your youth squad, grow them by 10 ovr, play each in 20 matches.
I’m doing a Portsmouth Road to Glory with only generic wonder kids, pre contract signings and scout future stars.
if you're looking for a wonderkid buy anastasios donis he is supposed to have 85 pot but if you train him a lot by season 5-6 he has 93 rating
my fav midfield in fifa 19
cdm: boubacar kamara
cm: maitland niles
cm: mckennie
unit of a midfield 2 pacey midfielders with a good drive and a rock of a cdm (even doe he is a cb)
and all of them are between 71-72
haha I did careermodes with portsmouth like 6years ago or whatever, never knew everyone was doing them
