People who become aware of the aquarium in which they inhabit, are people who become "crazy". They give up the grind, the house, the family and become a recluse wandering the forests. You see, both awareness and ignorance will be painful.
follow the middle way
You can still maintain a reasonably peaceful/enjoyable worldly life while at the same time, trying to make spiritual progress, follow your dharma, and attain moksha from samsara.
There are many ways to go about this, you don't have to either be a deluded, ignorant person who still believes in the rat race or that happiness exists in the world, or one who lives as a forest-dwelling hermit after having renounced all material desires and possessions to seek liberation.

Bro. Karma just means actions. Every action you do have a consequence. Mental, Emotional, psychological and physical. All actions have consequence. That is Karma.

If it were possible to break the cycle, you would have broken it long ago. Reincarnation is eternal. Being alive as something is just the default condition.

To be alive right now wouldn't be possible if it were possible to be dead from one's own perspective. Being alive right now also means the universe itself recycles. It must or it wouldn't be here right now.
In Buddhism you are not alive right now so you were never alive and rebirth is never really ended in that sense. Because there is nothing to end. Of course, you are alive in a sense, but not in the way that you think.

WHY ARE THERE SO VERY FEW 'LIBERATED" INDIVIDUALS? In the entire history of Eastern religions only a handful of practitioners of various systems CLAIM to have achieved it - and its not through lack of effort.
I think because they're swept away from the spiritual path and take a life of pleasure rather than inner fulfilment

Ya know, in Norway they don't kill those who commit murder, they show them extra compassion in order to rehabilitate them back into collective society from whence they came, from the luxury of the murderers own private state facilitated apartments, that are more comfortable and more updated than most American homes. This is not Buddhist view but hindu view .The yoga and vedanta traditions talked about in the video are Hindu schools .
Most hindu traditions don't believe in some place called hell (as you believe in the west and Middle east) .We believe there are different worlds who have more sufferings but ultimately suffering too is seen as a state of mind .You can create hell on earth or your own house itself.

2) hungry ghost plane
3) demon plane
4) hells ( where the suffering is unimaginable)....
Once in the time of the buddha a man asked whether a place called hell actually exists or whether it's just a way to express suffering in our lives... The buddha replied to that man that hell is an actual plane of existence where ppl suffer in unimaginable ways... That man then asked the buddha to compare the suffering in human to hell then the Buddha replied saying suppose a man were to get whipped 300 times a day( 100 times in morning, 100 in evening & 100 at night) the buddha said suffering faced of those 300 whips per day is less than a fraction of the suffering faced spending one day Hell....
