That's what happens when you have all the pieces except a below average passing game. McKinney can't put the better teams away when running game struggles. McKinney basically did what Lewisville did a week prior against Allen.
Nah… ur giving McKinney too much credit tbh, special teams looked suspect. They running back got tackled on first contact a good amount of times, the line got no knock back against the dline. The qb was running for his life on a pass that wasn’t under 2 seconds. I wouldn’t necessarily say they lost just because they don’t have a good pass game. Matter of fact, they looked like they had all the reason to keep passing after that passing td they threw early on. Coaches often try too hard to do what they think they should try next, cmon now if you was able to get 13 behind the defense once, why not keep airing it out? And he had the height against them. I personally don’t think a high school should have their qb throw the ball less than 25x a game. They didn’t pass because they couldn’t, they just chose not to for some reason

You know… I saw your comment and was like “oh wow” because I hadn’t watched the video yet, but they really didn’t have a single colored kid on the team. Not even the token black kid that is often seen on the majority white team! They got heart tho, can’t take that from them
Idk where you are from but I’ve seen some all white teams be deadly highland park, south lake Carroll, lake Travis, and westlake are all white teams that are constantly good in Texas
@@npierce14 I need to fact check, but I’m pretty sure slc got one singular black kid on the roster. MAYBE 2. Not saying that really changes anything, but my point was I was surprised to actually see an All White team for the first time in this game. If you weren’t replying to me, then my bad. I’m not from Texas so I didn’t know those other programs were all white ones.
@@dbo9027 yea your SLC and lake Travis always have the token 2 or 3 black kids but they are predominantly White teams that are good. My response was really to the OP because most states have that 1 all White team that has a system that they run perfectly and are good
They sold so bad😂
What’s that song McKinney keeps playing when HP is on offence?
2:32 this band song go hard
