I got 0 improvement using relax in reading or aim but I doesn't mean others can't improve from it, famously tuna has some of the best aim in the game and he used to use relax to get more comfortable with holding his mouse/pen without it getting uncomfortable. Stop hating just because you didn't get the same effects let people enjoy game stop being elitist pricks about it.

Playing high bpm/ar/dt aim maps far out of my skill range has improved my high ar and bpm reading so much and has allowed me to set new top plays I couldn't even think of playing before. I doubt they are lying about this method improving their high ar reading, since they are partially doing the same thing.

I think you should do this with aim maps,because playing speed maps with rx makes it too easy. Most of plays on video needs tapping fast and holding good acc is easier and gives more pp . For my opinion making this with aim maps is more fair and fun
