Filipino's Favorite snacks Banana Cue & Giniris #Camarines Sur Philippines
Very nice😊
Filipinos love snacks. In Bikol alone, so many to choose from. Looking forward to more such features.
WoW, I do enjoy banana Q but this Giniris looks absolutely delicious, I need to try this Chris!
It's so good!
Mmm yummy snacks 😋
So good
Great video Chris with the Mel and Melissa cooking show.
I cannot begin to imagine how many calories each of those Banana Cues contains. Like you I assumed they put the shu garr on the bananas rather than in the oil.
Thanks Raymond, it means a lot to us.
looks like the girls are cooking up a storm there...lol
Very interesting. I’m in Prosperidad, Mindanao where we pay 10 peso for banana turon.
10 peso for banana turon. here too.
cool
Am in the Philippines just now ...Am from the UK..I love beef tapa ❤
Try a little chocolate source on them ❤️
This is my favorite Street food and I ate a lot of it in the Philippines..I like it more when it's Grilled but fried is good too...just some cooking advice..Mel puts too much banana in the pan...and what happens is it blocks the air from going through the pan and it also changes the temperature of the Oil..it would be best to make this in two batches to get even cooking throughout each banana..this is the science part of Cooking...making sure there is No cool spots in the oil...
I never saw them cook this. Or just didn't pay attention. Here in the province, I think it costs 10 PHP only. The Giniris I never saw or heard of. Maybe that's more a local dish.
Yum yum
lot of sweet things there be bad for me 😮💨
Okay Mel did it perfectly by making a hole in the oil..this is Brilliant cooking skills..but I don't know why she put the 5 bananas in and then took them out....
They should of tried cinnamon and sugar or honey 😁
Didn't you cook fishballs and squid balls?
All that sugar wow I couldn’t eat them I’m sweet enough
I have seen this made by coating the banana with the sugar and then frying it....
Chris, You have to remember most people are making these in a Woke..which is like 3× bigger than this pan ..and they are constantly cooking on the street. I paid 2 peso when I was in the Philippines...but that was when Rent was $35 usd..San Miguel was 18 cents for a quart ... carton of cigarettes were $5 usd...
