From footage of other performances (including at Ableton's Loop conference) I think it will be Logic. And I think the tempo is just Deantoni's internal time.
@@SamHaichesS I think you're right about Deantoni using Logic, and yeah you can see him punch the samples in by hand, ain't no tap tempo involved.
