i have a question, if i have some vertical position images, how to fit in this situation? And this tutorial looks like just suitable for image witch the target in the middle and target is small

Ronald Lee you won't get vertical images to work with this in a 16:9 video. You would need to create a vertical parallax setup. Yes, the focus of the image has to be in the middle. That's the limitation of this technique.
