Jonghyun is a really good leader. He kept a lookout and take care of each member as if they are part of him. In such a stressful situation, I believed many would have been angry at Hyunbin. But throughout the whole practice, Jonghyun believed in Hyunbin. If he cant dance well, Jonghyun blamed himself and continue to teach Hyunbin one on one. Even during his free time, he is thinking of the choreography, yet during the performance he has never even stood at the centre at all. Even Daniel was amazed by how kind Jonghyun is. Instead of giving up, Jonghyun just changed his method of approach toward Hyunbin, with a minor small "lecturing" and kept praising him during practice to give Hyunbin more confidence. This is the leadership we are talking about. He looks so proud when Hyunbin got the highest score. Guys, you all did the right choice in choosing him as the leader Jonghyun, dont just believe in others' potential. Believe in yourself too. You are a great leader and you've been doing well. Dont blame yourself on everything too much

I have always heard from others how badly I have done etc. But because of him, its the first time I really want to do really well and put my everything in it. Trainer: There is a Hyunbin kid in this team who is initially really lacking in skills. But I don't know why but suddenly from a certain moment he has been practicing really hard. After results Jonghyun: Hyunbin haven't had much dance training before coming here so he has suffered a lot of stress regarding it. Even then he has worked hard all these times. I am thankful for being able to finish this stage together Hyunbin: Jonghyun hyung, because of me you have suffered a lot. Jonghyun: Let's work together to get into top11 ^^
DevilAngel Hyde please hope these team would all make it to top 11, or debut justice elague all togther. They made a perfect team. Their relationship reminds me of sejeong and sohye, when sohye was lacking, sejeong didnt gave up on her. I felt crying seing their performance, no one was lacking, no loop holes, everything was perfect. Superb
And Jaehwan was like watching while standing straight. Seongwoo was wandering at first and then went to sits and crouches at the side when Jonghyun started scolding lol.
In Korean if our leader want to say something everyone should be there and mybe we dont see another member bcause of camera angle.. Daniel the best one bcause still keep his hand in good manner same goes to our best leader he stand with his hand in front.. respect him so much

if only i have a time machine i woud like it this show to re-run again and hope jonghyun will be greedy even just once. he keep on think about other members intead of himself, keep on cheering on them, take care of the members. all the time during pd101 from start till end he keep choosen as leader yet he never show any greediness to be a center. but maybe this is why lot of trainees and ppls love him. instead of blamed other members, he take the blame. he believe on his members. he never leave his members behind. if it was me i think i will get angry with hyunbin
I can't help but to compare him to Sohye. As we all know, Sohye as well doesn't have any talent and skill at all when it comes to singing and dancing, she didn't received any training either (as far as I know) but she was very eager to learn, she tries her best, she learned from Sejong and Pinky (group evaluations). She experienced receiving good reactions and praises from Sejong but some harsh training from Pinky, yet she loved how fruitful Pinky's compliments were. This Hyunbin guy, is really something. Jonghyun kept telling him and giving him signs that he can do the choreo and stuff. Maybe, Daniel's right, he should have one scene when he can really come to his senses.

Even the trainer saw it. He said at some point of moments Hyunbin has suddenly become really focused in practice and it was revealed by Hyunbin that it was Jonghyun that made him like this.
