This honestly really breaks my heart. I've been in his potion before, where only you out of your friends make it. Watching this makes me remember when this happened to me. Trust me it really hurt me when it happened. Watching ones you love get hurt hurts you. There was no time for me to be happy because I could only think of them and how they were feeling. I was distraught and felt incredibly guilty. It felt like I was leaving them behind. Some of them acted similarly to Jonghyun and Dongho, trying to cheer me up, but I just couldn't get over the fact that they weren't and won't be with me. So yeah I just wanted to say that I understand what he's going through since I've already been through it as well as how tough it is. And sorry, this event happened to me recently and I just needed to somehow get some of it off my chest.

Maybe I see in a different view but I think nuest's flop was because they were pushed to do overseas promotion and "disappeared" in the kpop world for almost 2 years and more... When pledis decided a chinese subgroup of nuest I thought it was really strange too, and I didn't think it was a really smart strategy to attract overseas fans as they might not stand very solid in the korean market after that. And then nuest was pushed again to the japanese market without much promotion in korea.... These (in my opinion) are the failure of pledis marketing strategy
lhy shiria but they keep releasing album tho every year, you never heard them right? because they originally is not popular, pledis is not pushed them, but as you can see, all nuest mv is high budget, meanwhile svt? u should see adore u, my heart hurt to watching their mv, its very low budget😂 but then they really bop, so if there any talk about pledis is focusing on svt and ignoring nuest its really wrong, nuest always have high budget mv, concert everywhere, appearence on tv show etc, and their song plus album is always ready along with choreo, meanwhile svt is forced to do weekly concert before debut, to perform at street, to make their album, to make their choreo, even to design their album, all by themself, truthfully pledis is not fair to svt, just because svt more famous than nuest, people pointing their finger to pledis and tell pledis sucks, i know this because i was pledis stan since a long time ago, and if u said pledis make nuest promote on other country? believe me, its because they didnt gain any attention on korea, pledis continue to loss money because they didnt gain any attention, if pledis didnt have money, nuest cant promote too, thats why they keep sending nuest overseas, until the 4th album, nuest fandom seems not increase at all, idk if its because so many competitor or other else, but yes they didnt success at all

Before 2016 my last song heard from them was sleep talking/ good bye bye.. maybe "I'm bad" too but they didn't do promotion. I can't comment on pledis's management on seventeen because I am not a very keen follower, but one thing I can't really agree with you. Nuest didn't really do variety shows as much as 17 (you can see nuest basically stopped appearing in korean tv after 2014. In a stricter sense I do not think Nuest has done many real variety show since they were mostly on radio broadcast ...maybe weekly idol can be counted as one? but it was with other artists lol). And "Nuest doing concert" is not an act for promotion in my opinion, it is just a move to grasp money and income. Still, the strangest thing from my point of view is pledis pushing them to overseas market when they needed korean fanbase (by the way I thought 2013 was nuest's prime time when "hello" was released. So I couldn't really understand why pledis suddenly switched their focus to another place) . And I am not even saying that pledis is being fair to 17..... I didn;t say anything about 17 in my previous comment =0=

Hannah Gracia Lee BWAHAHA IKR. I have been looking around these post-p101 videos to find the most seonho screen time because I'm really gonna miss that byeongari. First, I tried Guanlin's, then Daehwi's. Then, I thought hmmmm maybe Minhyun. And voila, it's like Seonho cam. Hahahaha. Here's the reason why Guanlin had to call Seonho from across the hall. Uri Byeonari's been busy keeping Minhyun company. Such a sweetheart. Anyway, my heart still breaks because JongHyun (one of my dear faves) did not make the cut. It feels unreal. Now, I can't really place who the leader will be because I have already expected him to carry that role. In any case, this is what we have and we cannot do anything about it. Now we just have to support MH in wannaone and Nu'est in their comeback. I have grown fond of the Nu'est members throughout the run of the show. At first I was one of those haters who thought they should not have been in this show. But now I can't even imagine the show without these four. I have not yet checked out previous Nu'est works but from here on I will be checking on them from time to time. Especially on the national leader JongHyun. I have always thought that, unless all four pf the Nu'est are able to get in, they would be at a disadvantage because the rest of the members would have to wait for the members who got in. And (hopefully not) the hype would have died down by that time. I think the wisest thing to do right now is to debut a Nu'est unit while waiting for MH. That way they would be able to maintain the hype until MH gets discharged for Wannaone.

Watching a video like this, you KNOW something isn't right. Minhyun is supposed to be rejoicing and happy, but he's extremely distraught over what happened. I've never seen him like this in the couple years I've been with NUEST. Not only does he probably feel guilty, but he also probably feels lonely now that he won't be with his NU'EST family for over a year. Leaving the group, when you know they're already struggling must be hard for him. A part of me wished he didn't make it so he can be with JR, Baekho, Aron and Ren, but this is a good thing for him and the group. They finally have recognition, I can't believe it took them their pride as idols to finally get the recognition they deserve. I've been waiting for the day they would be successful like they wanted and hopefully that day will come soon. ㄴㅇㅅㅌs will always have your back.

ddtbm I don't think he'll be without Nu'est for the whole year. There will definitely be a comeback from Nu'est throughout the year and during that time Minhyun can join them for it temporarily just like Chaeyeon from DIA did.
I do think that 18 months is a big deal considering they've been together for +6yrs. and sadly, their contracts do not allow them to have other activities other than Wanna One's, a clause that changed from IOI's contract last year, sadly. Minhyun won't be allowed to promote with NU'EST until December 2018 :(

Maybe I see in a different view but I think nuest's flop was because they were pushed to do overseas promotion and "disappeared" in the kpop world for almost 2 years and more... When pledis decided a chinese subgroup of nuest I thought it was really strange too, and I didn't think it was a really smart strategy to attract overseas fans as they might not stand very solid in the korean market after that. And then nuest was pushed again to the japanese market without much promotion in korea.... These (in my opinion) are the failure of pledis marketing strategy

Before 2016 my last song heard from them was sleep talking/ good bye bye.. maybe "I'm bad" too but they didn't do promotion. Nuest didn't really do variety shows as much as 17 (you can see nuest basically stopped appearing in korean tv after 2014. In a stricter sense I do not think Nuest has done many real variety show since they were mostly on radio broadcast ...maybe weekly idol can be counted as one? but it was with other artists lol). And "Nuest doing concert" is not an act for promotion in my opinion, it is just a move to grasp money and income. Still, the strangest thing from my point of view is pledis pushing them to overseas market when they needed korean fanbase (by the way I thought 2013 was nuest's prime time when "hello" was released. So I couldn't really understand why pledis suddenly switched their focus to another place) . And I am not even saying that pledis is being fair to 17..... I didn;t say anything about 17 in my previous comment =0=

First, I tried Guanlin's, then Daehwi's. Then, I thought hmmmm maybe Minhyun. And voila, it's like Seonho cam. Hahahaha. Here's the reason why Guanlin had to call Seonho from across the hall. Uri Byeonari's been busy keeping Minhyun company. Such a sweetheart.
Anyway, my heart still breaks because JongHyun (one of my dear faves) did not make the cut. It feels unreal. Now, I can't really place who the leader will be because I have already expected him to carry that role. In any case, this is what we have and we cannot do anything about it. Now we just have to support MH in wannaone and Nu'est in their comeback.
I have grown fond of the Nu'est members throughout the run of the show. At first I was one of those haters who thought they should not have been in this show. But now I can't even imagine the show without these four. I have not yet checked out previous Nu'est works but from here on I will be checking on them from time to time. Especially on the national leader JongHyun.
I have always thought that, unless all four pf the Nu'est are able to get in, they would be at a disadvantage because the rest of the members would have to wait for the members who got in. And (hopefully not) the hype would have died down by that time. I think the wisest thing to do right now is to debut a Nu'est unit while waiting for MH. That way they would be able to maintain the hype until MH gets discharged for Wannaone.

Watching a video like this, you KNOW something isn't right. Minhyun is supposed to be rejoicing and happy, but he's extremely distraught over what happened. I've never seen him like this in the couple years I've been with NUEST. Not only does he probably feel guilty, but he also probably feels lonely now that he won't be with his NU'EST family for over a year. Leaving the group, when you know they're already struggling must be hard for him. A part of me wished he didn't make it so he can be with JR, Baekho, Aron and Ren, but this is a good thing for him and the group. They finally have recognition, I can't believe it took them their pride as idols to finally get the recognition they deserve. I've been waiting for the day they would be successful like they wanted and hopefully that day will come soon. ㄴㅇㅅㅌs will always have your back.
Aaron P. I stanned NUEST after PD101 because they lowered their pride to be recognized. It takes so much strength as a man to do that. I will forever respect them.

ddtbm I don't think he'll be without Nu'est for the whole year. There will definitely be a comeback from Nu'est throughout the year and during that time Minhyun can join them for it temporarily just like Chaeyeon from DIA did.
I do think that 18 months is a big deal considering they've been together for +6yrs. and sadly, their contracts do not allow them to have other activities other than Wanna One's, a clause that changed from IOI's contract last year, sadly. Minhyun won't be allowed to promote with NU'EST until December 2018 :(
