Anime I'd go with, "Redo of Healer" - be aware it's dark as hell though, and i enjoyed "Nankoufuraku no Maoujou e Youkouso" (black mage it thrown out of hero party)

and i dont think its only the story, like even without the ice abilities he can pretty much do anything so its just not fun to watch bc there istn any challenge for him

The anime butchered the content from the manga/light novel. The story is so messed up in comparison that I doubt they could do another season even if it was wanted.
