do you think the reason why the rapist was convicted was due to his pattern in doing this at least twice? It feels like, rape once = not enough evidence. Rape twice = Evidence.

Years past where there was no cctv....a suspect would be encouraged to assist with enquiries in a dark stairway but the public got all concerned about human rights
How are the police meant to be impartial, without building some form of communication between them and the criminals? They cannot work off a one sided comment, report without investigating both sides, makes the softly softly touch more beneficial in an arrest.
I know the police have a job to do. But I don’t agree with turn up to a defendant’s work place telling them that you’re looking for him. You’re destroying someone’s life that could be totally innocent. Full discretion should be awarded to the defendant unless he is found guilty of the offence. Just the suggestion of claims like that alone can ruin people’s lives just off an allegation.
The authorities don't show up at somebody's workplace and tell their colleagues that they're looking for a rapist/murderer etc. They approach management and tell them that they "believe the person might be able to help them with their enquiries in an incident" and that "they're not in any trouble" - this is done very deliberately to prevent the police from being sued for damages should the person of interest suffer adverse effects of their visit to the workplace, but also to not spook any person of interest. No details of any crime are shared with management. I know because I've experienced it personally having witnessed a hit-and-run where a cyclist was seriously injured and it was feared the suspect would try to flee the country if they couldn't arrest him asap. It's actually quite common for police to visit the workplace of those with some sort of involvement in a crime, but you rarely hear of it because they keep it lowkey for these reasons.
@ sk-23 You’re talking absolute nonsense. By law the police have to disclose the nature of any incident to the general public if on request. They don’t have to say who is involved but they do have to disclose the nature of the crime if a member of the public were to ask them. Journalists use this right all the time. I’ve asked the police myself just walking past a crime scene what has happened here. And they’ve told me straight away that there has been a stabbing.
I partly blame the women. She invites a strange man to his house. Drinks alcohol with him, he rapes her. As a Muslim this would have never reached such a stage, my dad would have never allowed him to meet me alone let alone drink alcohol with him. My father is my protector and knows he doesnt want his daughter to be played with emotionally let alone in a drunken state. He would want me and him to feel compatible and suitable enough to take eachother serious enough to honour eachother via marriage. Alhamdulillah i am a muslim. If i am serious about the man then i want him to honour me as a respectful women via marriage even if we end up in divorce later on in life rather than being a one night stand after a club session and continue this habit or fall into a situation like this.
There's rapists in every community, luv. They will always find ways to slither into the lives of their victims. But you are correct to do things the safe way. It's a shame so many young girls don't have a good dad or a husband these days. I'm happy that you are safe - my best friend was a Muslim girl, but she wasn't as lucky as you. Take Care luv.
Many Muslims are rapists, many Christians are rapists, many Hindus, many Buddhists. Rapists do not recognize religion. So just because your dad - a Muslim, is present when you are meeting another Muslim man before you are married, does not mean this man will not forcibly have sex with you/rape you once you are married to him. "Partly" blaming any woman for being raped based on your own particular Muslim experience as an unmarried Muslim lady is ridiculous really. No offense to your Muslim faith is intended whatsoever, but your personal belief on this subject is very simplistic and naive.
Some Muslim girls are forced into arranged marriages. Comparing and contrasting different cultures and claiming one is superior is superficial and slightly condescending
Don't ask me why, but I have a feeling the chic that got assaulted from the dating app guy is lying! I have a great intuition for things and she was setting off all my bells!
It’s the anal sex that she didn’t like and he probably left straight after didn’t stay over or show any signs that he’d call her back. It’s only rape if the woman doesn’t fancy you in a lot of cases.
What I find ridiculous is that a mother would bring a unknown man to her home, I do feel sorry for her as it doesn't seem like she has any BRAINS to do any better for herself.I am a 73 year old woman and I know better about "social media dating site's ." for those wondering why the sentencings are low, maybe cos the women let a complete stranger in their house with kids around,,,,,,,,,,,,alcohol involved etc. lol if i was a judge id also give the lads the benefit of the doubt.
I’m sorry, but personal responsibility, it’s a total stranger after all.
Strange how they refer to these creeps as "gentleman".
All the dates I went on, I bided my time and played it by ear. Let the other person know you respect them and they are mainly in charge of what happens and they really do seem to realise and appreciate it. You would probably be amazed at what can happen, if you let the other person (female) take the lead and control of the evening. I, would feel utterly sick and ashamed if I tried to force myself on someone and it was very unwelcomed. Response to video only.
not the first story like this, "plenty of rapists" on there it seems.
Its a trash ass site and chalk full of predatory people for both men and women. Guys run the risk of meeting strangers and walk into a robbery trap. Long lists of that that is the risks you run meeting up with strangers on the Internet. Its not like we just started running it yesterday.
both sexes, and 35% of abusers are women

propensity to lie??? every one lies or has lied..... every one - including the police in this video... so they are hypocrites.
Suspect ' I've just had a beer and I've got my feet up , can I maybe see you tomorrow '
Female DS - ' I think he's panicking a bit ' 😂😂
Suspect then turns up eating an apple
With his brief! He was shitting it. That apple was barely nibbled 😛He was trying to appear nonchalant, and failing IMO.

Why are Police Officers being polite to the criminals, and being patient? Im fed up of the british nicey nicey approach.
Building rapport makes them more likely to open up in interview and make them less likely to kick off and cause problems
Years past where there was no cctv....a suspect would be encouraged to assist with enquiries in a dark stairway but the public got all concerned about human rights
Hey , ever heard of innocent until proven guilty?……no,didn’t think so
How are the police meant to be impartial, without building some form of communication between them and the criminals? They cannot work off a one sided comment, report without investigating both sides, makes the softly softly touch more beneficial in an arrest.
@@daviddenham1511 exactly, they are Police, not judge and jury.
No use complaining on here about the justice system complain to the government which falls on deaf ears anyway
I have trouble believing this.
I could not do there job .
What a LIAR that rapist is.
it was consentual......she just felt bad after
Sounds like she has got herself, into this

21:38 I haven’t read the comments but I believe his first account more than hers.
Usual suspect
?????
@@unklefrank319 Muslims have selective memories, always acting so moral but we know.......
Don't ask me why, but I have a feeling the chic that got assaulted from the dating app guy is lying! I have a great intuition for things and she was setting off all my bells!
Thanks for your input. Now please don't comment ever again about any of your hunches, thanks.

13 years, is that all 😮
It was an actor voicing her interview. Not the real voice of the victim.
It’s the anal sex that she didn’t like and he probably left straight after didn’t stay over or show any signs that he’d call her back. It’s only rape if the woman doesn’t fancy you in a lot of cases.
Letting a man you've met for the first time in to your home with your child is a stupid move
She has a child and gave her address!!! Of course it would be wrong to blame the victim but...

What I find ridiculous is that a mother would bring a unknown man to her home, I do feel sorry for her as it doesn't seem like she has any BRAINS to do any better for herself.I am a 73 year old woman and I know better about "social media dating site's ." You are right, and this women would be one who would send money to Nigeria for a 'romance' scammer. Dumb doesn't even begin to describe it.
The offence was alleged and has not been proven in court, so why is it been treated otherwise?
