I am glad you like this pedal man.
I didn't like it and ended up selling it. With my gear, it just didn't blend well compared to all my other boosts and ODs.
I like that my other pedals blend so well that they almost feel and sound like part of my circuit. I had the Hera and one other KSR that I also just didn't vibe with. Hard to explain, but it always sounded like I was playing a pedal. Where as my other boosts, sound like they blend in with my amp tone perfectly. I just can't vibe with KSR pedals. I always found like I had to crank the bass to get any punch and low end.
Glad you like it though.
Thanks again for another great video!
Thanks for commenting. we all like different stuff right? That's what's so great about playing guitar today. there's so many great options for us.
@@TONEWARSgearshow Exactly.
That mid control is good
Thanks!
Thank you very much
Funny, I just purchased a KSR Hera, so I'm excited to see how it sounds on my amps!
I’ve been meaning to ask you about your thoughts on the Hera. I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s so flexible.
That sounds awesome.
proud owner one of from the very first batch. great video. ksr rules. have you tried the orion yet?
Thanks for commenting. I'm hoping to get my hands-on one soon. I'm really looking forward to trying it out
Sounds fantastic. Are you putting The Hera in front of the amp or in the fx loop? As well, what are your thoughts about applying it to the Stealth red channel?
In front. I think this pedal could be usable on the red channel because of the controls being so in depth
Thanks for the info.@@barrygomez5968
Sorry for the late reply. I put it in front of the amplifier and I think it would work really well with the stealth red channel
Thanks, Jarrod. No worries, I know you are busy. Keep up the great work.@@TONEWARSgearshow
Regardless of whatever you review, i always come to the same conclusion: the EVH is the most brutal thing on the market out there
Were you using channel 2 or 3 on the Mezzabarba?
Ch 2
I liked that tone a lot, thanks!
Love od pedals , run a ENGL FB 25 and a 5150 50 watt always looking for sculpting on these 2 tried friedman od be 100 pedal and a few others really liking the riverside strymon but still havnt found my holy grail yet
Try the earthquaker plumes. It works great on a FB 25.
@@j-rod166 thsnk you bro youve never steered me wrong yet happy holidays
@@j-rod166 ordered my eathquake Plumes jrod cant wait to dial it in thanks bro for all the inside info
Mud Killer, ODD BOX and Grid Slammer Are also some really good options for you
Looks like there “Eros” pedal. Wonder what the differences are?
Eros is designed for super low tunings like Drop A/7+ strings as I understand it
So does this pedal replace all of your other pedals ? 🙃
You know me.....never enough od pedals lol.
Tommy Watson is tarded. I would not add the RE before it due to him being the original and not a clone.
He’s a cool guy and a friend of mine. Great job showing the KSR pedal.
Thank you. yeah he's a good dude. I'm so glad he sent me this pedal so I could check it out
Options paralysis aside, that pedal is so nasty
