How can you tell if they’re about to flower?

There will be little clusters of what look like leaves sprouting from a new stem.

I just get my sedum clavatum and when I cut the stem it pinkish/red inside the stem do you know what happed is it a sign of rotting?what I can do?

OMGosh, those are soooo beautiful. I could watch your videos all day, your filming is so gorgeous. Hahaha, I see you're about ready to open a nursery, too. I do have one pot of those and they are still quite small, I did start them from leaves that I got at our nursery, I asked for them even though they were on the ground. It just felt weird to suppose that they were there for the taking.
