  • I pruned this overgrown Jade back in March. It’s been 8 months and I’m pretty happy with how he’s doing. And, he is starting to bloom!!
    Thanks for watching. 😘🌵🌴

    It looks very happy.
The Echeverias are looking great too!
Good luck with your Haworthias; they'll love the shade.
    Thanks for the update 🙂

Yeah!! Glad you liked the update. I always enjoy seeing how gardens progress. It’s still amazing to me sometimes to see how quickly succulents can grow. Thanks for watching.

Looks great! I was a bit worried. I live in Chicago and a Jade would just die as it drops below zero here. You must live out west.

It looks wonderful! If you want more bonsai look itll take pruning a few pretty big branches. One general rule for jade bonsais is if there's a joint with 3 shoots then take one off, so on joints with 3 big branches on consider taking one off to your desired shape.

Thanks for the info. I’m needed to give it a good prune this fall once it’s cooled down. Thanks again for the advice.

I think you should keep a bit of branching so as to create a nice crown (but I'm guessing you've already done the deed).

Interesting idea!! This plant has really grown quite a bit since this video. This jade is in In my last summer succulent update video. He is in need of a prune but will be waiting until after the heat of the summer for sure. Thanks for the ideas.

Thank you. Glad you enjoyed the video. No I don’t sell them, I think they would be actually pretty heavy to ship.
