I mainly use Musescore for notation, export the pieces as .mid files and play them on Synthesia. Using Windows screen recorder, I record the Synthesia playing it and edit the result video. Still, the Windows screen recorder has recently started to cause real trouble for me with the sound part, so I will move to another program soon. - Also, everyone is asking the same thing, I am just copying and pasting the same answer at this point.
