  • Got rid of all excuses today! I dove into an intense Back and Bicep Drop-Set workout, starting with the hefty 50s down to the 20s for those bent over rows. Then, I switched it up for biceps with the 15s and 10s, and topped it off with some dome lateral raises using the 5s. No excuses-just action! Get in there and crush it!
