NeXT Cube 68040 25Mhz fully restored working NeXT 256Mb Optical Disk Drive thank you Brian Archer

Hello NeXT community: I'm going to be able to screen record as well and have invested in the tech needed to do it so I'm endeavoring to improve the quality of my NeXT videos.
I will be making more videos as I have a ton of rare stuff on Optical Disks just hope it was not over written as you will see in the video , it happens.... it ends abruptly,
I wanted to let the Optical Drive cool down a bit as they ran hot even with cooling..
: I’m sure all you NeXT owners out there will truly love this a working NeXT optical disk drive.
I was going to write more detail here but I just want to get this out to prove it works.

I'm going to make a boot iso that has all the apps, so when I open files from optical Disks they will have the correct app available !
This is a first run of a NeXT with working optical drive in many years :)

Hi Rob. How can I get my optical fully serviced. My next recognises it and it loads and ejects but I get a loud whining noise. Can you recommend someone to service it?
