Heyy! I did this engine swap in a 02 lancer but I can't get it to start and it's also burning the ecu. I got the engine from a Toyota ist. Any advice? Please
@@kuholgarage thanks ! Do I need a fuel regulator ? The engine is also flooding with fuel and the mechanic can't figure out why. Spark plugs are wet with fuel and it's not starting.
@@IrfanAli-wc1vz I'm assuming your Lancer used a return-style fuel system. You either need to get a returnless fuel module from any 1nz vehicle or get an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator.
I like to avoid discussing pricing as that changes depending on engine supplier. Mura lang ang 1NZ engine itself but a good percentage of the total cost is on the adaptation to the car. Di naman super mahal though as compared to other usual engine swap options.

Check your wirings, you need a wiring diagram for the car your engine came from

Yes I think it had that because it had the 4g16 gdi engine before I did the swap.

Engine and matching ECU would be best pero aandar pa rin naman 1NZ sa 2NZ ECU
