From Canada 🇨🇦..... Saurabh, you are fantastic journalist. Your interviews may they be with villagers, politicians school students...I mean with anybody always remain so much grounded. With older villages, you sit down on ground and "taau..taau" karke itna "apnapan" mehsoos karvaate ho that they start opening up to you. Govt Medical College की Fees 10k-50k/year है और ये एक गरीब से ले कर मध्यम वर्ग तक वहन कर सकता है, यहां Competition जबरदस्त होता है और Best of students Doctors बनते हैं 🙂 यहां के SC, ST students भी Private Medical Colleges के Students से कई गुना बढ़िया होते हैं क्योंकि Private Medical College की Fees 25 lakh/year है और इस तरह 4.5 yrs में ये 1 crore जाता है और इस तरह 99% भारतीय सोच भी नहीं सकते Doctor बनने का और ये एक Reservation है अमीरों के लिए है।।।। जो Students 1 crore खर्च कर के Dr बनेगा वो सरकारी अस्पताल, गांव में अपनी सेवा थोड़े न देगा ।।

Paristhiti itni kharab ke patients ka intezaar kiya jata ke kisi ki mechanical ventilation pe death ho toh dusre patient ko jisko mechanical ventilation ki jarurat hai usko shift kiya jaaye. Rounds ke time pe pta chalta tha ke death ho gayi hai. Log toilet mein dead paaye gaye. Arey 300+ patients pe 3-4 washroom the. Oxygen ki kami thi. Patient ka Oxygen kamsekam krke rakhna padhta tha jisse mechanical ventilation valo ko oxygen mil paaye. Koi imaandar doctor ye nahi bolega ke hum heroes hain, humne patients ki jaan bachai hai. Sahi mein sab apni kismat se bache hai. Doctors jab khud Covid positive hue toh unke khud ke liye beds nahi the. Doctors aise bhi hain jo khud positive hone ke baad admit hue or baaki admitted cases ko dekh rahe the. Or ek bhi paisa extra nahi mila extra duty krne ka. Fir bhi galat doctor hi hoga kya?? State ya center ke budget mein gdp ka kitna pratishat health care sector mein jata hai kabhi ye bhi dekha?? Ya doctors ki protection ke liye kya niyam hain?? Ya supreme court ka ravaiya kya raha hai doctors ke protection ke liye?? Bast ye hai ke system mein uche uche logon ka ilaaz bharat mein nahi hota hai. Or public doctors ko dukaandar samjhti hain.

Doctor ko mbbs karne ke baad government college se padhane par unhe 5 saal tak government hospital me job karna chahiye kyu ki maximum doctor sikh kar apne private practice karte hai aur ye galat hai . Because government invest too much money.

I suggest u to send ur team in internal village's of UP and others states to see the situation of medical facilities at present and also to get information regarding how many decades the situation are been run with govt salaries paid to doctors and their way of working since the start of the facility in that place. U won't do it in some day if I survive I will try my best to do in Districts, towns and villages were funds are send on papers and never been properly utilized
