In rewatching this I am so hyped for the new TOHO film because all respect to Monsterverse, no one does it like TOHO and with Takashi Yamazaki was the director of The Ride and now is the director of the new film and I am very optimistic that we could get one of the best version of Godzilla ever screened. I sure hope so...

The Godzilla design used in the ride resembles something of a combination of the Heisei Incarnation and MonsterVerse incarnation, having a stance and general shape close to the latter with the former's skin texture and dorsal spines. Although, Heisei Godzilla is a giant Irradiated Godzillasaurus whilst MonsterVerse Godzilla is a giant Prehistoric Amphibious Reptile (Titanus Gojira).
Looking back, this might have been an early design fot Minus One's Godzilla. Pretty much the only noticeable difference is the Heisei dorsal plates instead of unique ones
This ride’s movie is made by “always 2”director, then he made Godzilla appear as guest. That design and this ride Godzilla design is customized from 2001 Godzilla, so this time’s Godzilla will appear if he makes Godzilla movie

I like they based ghidorah’s and rodan’s design to kinda resembles the monsterverse ghidorah and rodan Meanwhile Godzilla was heavily based on heisei. Two film eras in one, 11/10
After seeing the official teaser for Minus One, I would say that it does seem cheap to use this Godzilla design, but I'm not complaining, this design is very badass and I can't wait to see more of it this December.

I will be honest. This Godzilla's model looks similar to the Godzilla in KOM. Same with Ghidorah, but idk. I thought this ride was based off of the American movie, but this happening in Japan instead of the US 😅
This is better than the universal in hollywood all they got is a king kong ride that's nothing like this Godzilla ride at universal Japan. Knowing giant gorilla's don't exist lol. But dinosaurs did and we still have their bones of dna and could just clone them back like in the jurassic movie's!!
