I always liked AMT, and still do. I'm shocked though how dirty the parts are on this particular kit. Lot of shaving and sanding needed. Love the shortened version of that Jimmy you built. That's awesome!
yes I am a big fan of amt as well, as they keep releasing kits, unfortunately they seem to have more of these defects you’ve mentioned. thank you about the jimmy!
At about 241 into your video you point out a round piece saying it's another end cap for the round fuel tanks, I don't think it is, I'm thinking it goes atop one of the vertical stacks mounted behind the cab.

Cool start to a day cab. Built a long frame day cab some time back but it was a resin cab.

How did you make the day cab I have seen other day cab gmc ASTRO but no one has explained how to go about doing it

Can you send a copy of the manual of where it changed from a sleeper cab to a day cab or tell us where you got the manual please
What do you use to cut the body's and parts when your customizing the kits?
an X-acto knife or tiny snips.
