I use the keys wasd to automatically change the bar

I think you expand a little too quickly in the early game, you should go more like 30%

I'm bad at this game, so, could you give a reasoning why didn't you take New Zealand and many other islands in the first game? Isn't it free troops?

You’re correct, it’s ’free land’ but the cost to send a boat at this stage of the game is not worth the extra land I’m going to take. Because you have taxes when you send out boats + you lose soldiers on that boat over time
