It's been years but from what I remember every 10dex lets you chain an extra heavy attack in a combo. Jumping heavy is one of the strongest moves and you only get two in an air combo so for a pure speed run I'd guess any more points is a waste compared to strength.
@@Kool212 The only ones who would need more than 10 Dex, then, are the Archers (whose damage scales on Dex) and maybe Merchant-M (whose heavy neutral(? I forget if it's that or his forward that is the upwards swing) air launches him upwards a bit, allowing him to execute longer air combos.)
