Pretty cool machine. Not sure about the roll cage look but I like the features

The roll cage was a bit odd looking but all the features were very impressive. They come factory with most parts that people upgrade on other brands.

It was definitely interesting. Most of the machine was rhino lined. The electronics, suspension and wheels/tires are top of the line. It was a very smooth and impressive ride through all the bumps.

A fun ranch toy but range needs improvement for playing all day.

Do they make a two-seat version?

Not that we have seen at the moment

They should make a lower powered version and get maximum range 80mph is a little much for most people outdoors

You can run it on ecomode with the highest level 2 of regeneration to get a longer range.

@@sxsweride yea I thought about that and you can just turn it down but still doesn't add up to how a utv/atv with 10kwh more then a Nissan leaf and weighs less gets less mileage. I understand the terrain thing but 100 miles is most likely the eco mode.

Just realized your the one who made the video lol yes can you please say which miles are which how long can it go on both modes it would be a real help as not much info is out there

I’m feeling bad for Volcon. As far as I can tell, this is the only independent RUclips review of the Stag and you’ve only got 317 views. I want to see reviews before I plunk down the bucks. This review is “OK”, but as a user I’d like to see all the features. Like how do the doors work. Etc. Sure the thing is a rocket, but how about some close up details of the bed. I’d really like to get one of these (I put $100 down a while ago). I use a Polaris Ranger on a regular basis and would love to swap it out for a good electric vehicle. BUT, I just don’t see Volcon doing much of a job promoting this vehicle and the company looks like they’re going to go out of business. Hitching themselves to GM was probably a big mistake. GM’s EV push has been a disaster.

They teamed up with GM to get automotive quality parts since the Electric motors have so much torque. The sxs parts just weren't beefy enough. The first batch is currently hitting the private sector for the military. I'm sure they will amp up production on marketing in the near future when they are releasing to the public.

I’d recommend going to an electrify expo event where they are attending. They are sending their team out to meet people face to face. I met their guys and not only were they friendly, but super knowledgeable about the stag (not every EV company sends their engineers to these shows). I got to sit inside and get a detailed tour of the vehicle, and it was super impressive and well made. I doubt you’d regret getting one!
