Fuuuuuuuuck man, I literally OD'd on all that thrash awesomeness in one sitting… unfair! Picked up that Invocator on your previous recommend, those CD plastic sleeves my theory on why we don't just toss those superfluous cardboard slips that saves it. Love that Hydra Vein too… but of course attached to a mandatory laugh upon seeing that cheeseball cover everytime. Getting used to Katon's vocals took longer than I would have thought but he's great for Hirax, eventually came around and have been grabbing whatever I could from that band since. Looking forward to your death metal segment. Hope you're doing well Tony, that CD shelf may be getting a call from a modeling agency soon because it is looking sexy!
Hahaha gotta have the goodies! I’m glad you dig that Invocator album man it’s so good. Those cardboard sleeves still drive me up a wall. Katon does have a weird voice man, but luckily I was neck deep in thrash the first time I heard them so it wasn’t too hard for me to love! I’m doin good my man! Hopefully you as well. Im ready to pimp this cd shelf out to the first one who comes by! 🍻
Awesome Tony! Some really cool stuff here. Great to see Exodus, Havok and Kreator. 3 of my favourites, love Terrible Certainty - Coma of Souls Kreator best too. Some bands here I need to check out like Enforced, Exciter, Exhumer, Forbidden and Hirax 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Interesting to hear coma of souls is a favorite! i don’t hear that a lot and I respect it. Certainly check out those bands man! Exciter and exumer in particular man, your gunna love em, guaranteed 🍻
@@lifeeternal9823 Ah that's cool, cheers man! I think it might have something to do with the fact it was one of the first Kreator albums I heard. There's just something about it I like. Yeah I definitely will check out those bands at some point, been on my list for a while. Nice, I'll hold you to that! 😁🤘🏻
Hell yea , love me some Kreator , Pleasure to Kill is easily in my top 5 favorite thrash albums , millies voice just really stands out to me . Definitely need to get more stuff by them , I have their first 3 only at the moment . Haven’t listened to Exumer in forever, top tier German thrash , Possessed by Fire is a stone cold classic from why I remember , definitely gonna have to pick that one up . Also haven’t listened to that Enforcer album in years , it was real good from what I remember, definitely almost on the Traditional metal side too . Cheers Tony

@@lifeeternal9823 it’s a work in progress for sure . Not for sometime unfortunately. Bunch of BS here and there with the band . Gonna record the songs solo , and maybe once I release the album , I’ll start looking at playing it live .

Oh yeah dude. Obviously no bash against possessed by fire, but rising is much better in my book. 🍻
